I'm very glad to have found Dr. Hay, she is amazing to my Son . She is the sweetest Dr. The front desk and the nurse have always been very helpful whenever we need something ..

I wish i would have read the reviews prior to scheduling. After about a hour wait my son was able to see the doctor. I am assuming they were overbooked because during the visit i felt extremely rushed. They double charged my insurance for a routine visit and a consultation even the though the total visit was about 15 minutes. The care the doctor provided was mediocre. The staff was RUDE and very passive aggressive with their communication on numerous occasions! The final straw was when a staff member called with an attitude about me picking up my sons prescription which i was never notified it was ready. I would not recommend this facility on top of the fact the location and access to the building is a headache to find parking.

I did not appreciate the dirty look Dr. Hay gave my child, just because he’s a chunky healthy baby. I didn’t mind her asking what he eats every time we came in (even though I tell her the same exact answer every time), however I just felt like the judgmental look afterward she gave was completely tacky and unprofessional. I asked if there was something wrong with his weight and she said no... doctors generally don’t consider babies over weight... She’s also very in a rush.

We have been going to Dr. Liliane for 12 years now. We love the fact that she takes the time to talk to us and explain in detail the issues as well as we ask her questions and through it all we never feel she is rushing us. She treats us like patients not customers and we appreciate it so much and my girls love her. We highly recommend Dr. Liliane.

If you are looking for a Pediatrician who is very attentive about your child's health all while uplifting a child's spirit during their visit, then Dr. Liliane Hay at Memorial City Pediatrics is the Pediatrician you are looking for. Not only that, but her office staff is very welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out and over the phone. I also love that the staff and Dr. Hay make sure they exceed their patient's needs because I have watched them make sure their other patients, the other parents, my daughters and myself are comfortable the entire appointment. I am definitely glad I chose Dr. Hay as my two daughters' pediatrician because I know they truly are getting the best care.

Rude staff and they don’t know how to talk to people and don’t have attitude SO BADI didn’t meet their doctor but she should read the review and see what her staff doing.

Horrible staff. So unorganized and the doctor herself is barely there . Doesn’t properly diagnose or write any prescriptions when our children were sick. Multiple times

My family is truly lucky to have found such a dedicated and compassionate Doctor, and I would recommend Dr. Hay to everybody. Her staff is super polite and Ive had no problem getting an appointment whenever Ive needed one. Dr. Hay is a great doctor, sweet and knowledgeable.
