Great customer service, Ms Mercy and her staff are Very Helpful and caring.
Good job and service
$10 per hour? Who can live off of that?
1.2.2023 I agree with reviews I have read. My provider Joanna Curly she is a very hyper person she verbally attacked me for no reason. She claimed I started an argument with her but she just couldn't follow directions. She was aggressively rude. I hope they can find another provider for me otherwise I will be going to another agency because the lady before this one also did not work out. I did inform the agency so they are aware of my complaint. Beware of this lady Joanna she starts out nice. If they are able to find another provider that fits the position I will review again hopefully in a better light. I feel this agency does try but unfortunately there are a lot of lazy people who want a paycheck without doing the work.
10.24.22 My father is currently a client of this company so I'd like to offer an honest review. If things change then I'll come back and update the review. My father lives with us. He is quadriplegic (Can not move from the neck down). He has been this way for two years because he was pushed downstairs. The result was a broken neck and a TBI. We moved him here across the country without knowing he was septic and had many deep pressure ulcers. It was a rough journey, to say the least. My family and I have learned a lot and my dad is slowly recovering. He came here with several wounds. Now he has only 1. It's a sacral wound that's been healing. For this wound to completely heal he must be turned every two hours. My dad's caseworker recommended we utilize Dynamic because they said they could handle a client like my father. I spoke to the administration team and had a home visit. They assured me repeatedly that they could get coverage for dad. I started with a few hours to test them out. I was with another company as well. The caseworker from Dynamic repeatedly encouraged me to completely switch my dad over to them. She said they already hired someone for him. I did switch my dad and coverage has been inconsistent. I work full-time and run two companies. I have a husband and a child. Sometimes I work out of town. Inconsistency with workers could cost me my job. My father can not be alone and the company is supposed to supply workers to cover the hours given. I believe this company does better with able-bodied clients. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone who is paralyzed. I've constructed a list of pros and cons: Pros: Ms. Mercy: She is the main administrator. She seems to have a heart for clients. The two times I've come to their physical building to discuss the lack of communication and absent workers, she has sat with me and addressed each issue. Danielle: Beautiful spirit. She is honest. If she doesn't know the answer she will state that and always follows up. Cons: -They don't have enough workers. -One of their employees consistently lies. I've shown the written proof to Ms. Mercy and asked to be assigned a new caseworker. The person is sweet but struggles with consistently being honest and following through with follow-ups when there are issues. I'm not saying. Ms. Mercy did assign a new person. -They don't always disclose all the information to workers about their clients. This issue may be an issue within home health organizations because I've seen that with other companies. -Getting a hold of someone on the weekend is difficult. When we first started no one answered on the weekend. So if a caregiver didn't show up I would have to leave work and come home because the company would not come through. I spoke to Ms. Mercy a couple of times and she got a person to answer. They will answer now if a caregiver doesn't show but they will not follow up after. If you choose this company please take the time to consider these factors. Blessings to you and your loved ones.
Miss Mercy and her staff are awesome!!!
Excellent business very professional gets the job done without disappointment l highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This company has done a horrendously poor job in providing adequate nursing and physical therapy for my partner. The people their lie, cheat, and steal in order to profit. They will falsify paperwork, verbally provide fake information, will hire less than desirable people in a position that requires nothing of the sort, and hand over the most absurd excuses known to mankind. They truly believe nothing is ever there fault, when all the fingers point to them. Do NOT use this company.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
