List of Emergency Room At Hca Houston Medical Center's Reviews
I was very satisfied with my care. the customer service to the care from the nurses and doctors everyone was nice and professional
The doctor sent a nurse's we're awesome.\nReal polite, real respectful.I don't think they deserve it 10.They deserve a hundred
My visit to the HCA Houston Medical Center was nothing but an insurance scam. I went to HCA Houston Medical Center-Bellaire and because of my symptoms admitted into the hospital on Hermann to be seen by GI the next day 3/27/2026; however, that was not the case. The GI doctor wouldn’t even physically check on me. Had I not asked for Patient Relations the nurses would have just kept coming into my room checking vitals and drawing blood. The nurse asked why I did want to speak with the Patient Relations and then when I explained to her why, she was like let me contact GI and see what time he’s coming around. I said to her you told me he was coming around at 12 when you checked on me at 11:00am when I received my lunch meal that I wasn’t aware that I could eat because the doctor had placed me on NPO. She got the doctor on the phone and he informed me that he would not be coming to check on unless my hemoglobin drops because there was no present evidence of blood in my feces, my ct scan came back normal but there is evidence of internal hemorrhoids and the colonoscopy that was done in 12/25 was normal so he would not be coming to check on me. So I’m like you’re basing something off 12/25 which is 3 months ago and the Dr at the ER seen the blood which is why I was admitted to be further evaluated and have an endoscopy done but you are failing to do your job? If what I was admitted for is not going to be completed, please discharge me because now this hospital is just creating an unnecessary bill. In my discharge paper they lied and I wouldn’t trust them or advise anyone to seek treatment there. My worse hospital experience!!
Acted quickly and professionally with care.
All medical staff were professional, caring, positive, and informative. I was treated respectfully with consideratopn of my concerns. I would reccommend HCA to others. Thank you medical team for being a positive part of my healing and recovery.
Admitted for heart attack. Nurse seemed distant and not overly concerned about my comfort. During intake and health history, asked which ambulance company I had used. I was having a cardiac event. I did not care who got me between hospitals! I did not see a doctor until 10 am the following day. The nurse gave me the same meds repeatedly even after I said they were not helping. I was to be moved to a room at midnight, but it was 5:30 am before that happened.
They done my pacemaker and it was quick and professional, the staff on the Recovery floor were also really great people. Wish I could thank every one of them.
No issues
Taken well good care of me.
Everyone we can in contact during my husbands stay were extremely caring for his needs! The nursing staff on 4S were excellent! Each and every one of them. DR Loyalka and entire team went above and beyond caring for him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
