absouletly the worse experience, they sent me here from the woodlands location bnecase this is the only place that could do a ERCP, had to wait 2 days without food due to thjem not knowing if the anestesiologist wouuld be avbailable due to it bneing the 4th of july. Once the surgery was scheduled and done is where the real probnlems begin afterd the /ERCP i was in so muchgh pain and when i told the nmurse her response was " What do you want me to do abvout it they just gave you dalauded" i was srill in pain as i was being sent back to my room my family was worries becuase i was colmplaining of chest pain. It took 30 min and myu sister requesting the head nurse and my doctor to coome see me for some one to do something. My doctor then informs me she was never informed I was back in my room since they mispelled her name. This went on for another 3 days once i was released every time i cxalled to get medical records or insurance verification I was met with the rudest people. Thr manager at the call center was great and actually called to apologize for the one agent yelling at me on the phone and then refusing to take my calls after. All in all horrifble staff in and out of the ER and every time i have to call I'm ready for the terrible agents on the line. skip this hospital
This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL STAY,IVE EVER HAD,THE EXPERIENCE IS SO BAD IM ON THE VERGE OF GOING AMA,AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE,IM NEVER AWARE OF WHATS GOING ON,THE DRZ DONT COME IN ON A ROUTOINE,THEY SAY THEY ARE GONNA DO TEST,THEY DONT COME TELL ME ANYTHING,THEY HAD MY TEST ORDERED AT 1,STILL HAVEN'T DONE IT, ABSOLUTELY WORST HOSPITAL STAY EVER,I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT
This Er is horrible discusting and so filthy!! We left after sitting in the lobby for more then 3 hours never got seen it. I don't know but this doesn't look like a hospital to have their big name St. Lukes it's trashy and the staff are rude and act like stuck up don't care about the patient especially the lady in the front desk with glass need to get fired she rude and not helpful
My mother has been at St. Lukes for more than a month. While the ICU team and even the hospital staff in general are fantastic. The social services department does not do their job, in my opinion. They claim they can't do things that I have heard from more than one organization that they can. They have even gone so far as to ask me not to proceed with my own medical treatment in order to do things to make their job easier. The social worker I spoke with declined to give me her full name. My mother's cell phone was also lost by hospital staff and never found.
The hospital good but the security peoples here not good😔last week on Sunday 10 , I lost my black wallet I been report to security there but they don care about me they are ignore me ,they just say okay I will do ur case but not, I’m really disappointed with them so much , my wife go emergency room (7south 3 MSiCU) and I waiting her at waiting room I lost there $1400, drivers license, credit card and more 😔I hop manager hospital there look my note that is my real situation 😢
They won't help you, I went in unable to walk left 8 hours later limping still unable to go back to work, will probably lose my job. Dr. Falguni Patel
"You got about an hour baby." 8 hours of suffering in a chair and still never was seen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
