I’m conflicted with this review. Dr Splenser is a great Dr and cares about his patients, however, the office staff is a complete mess!! Nobody ever answers the phone, or return calls left on voicemail, or respond to texts!! I’m not sure what happened but it has gone down the drain in a very short amount of time!! C’mon Endocrinology Clinics of TX, get it together!!! I’m a very dissatisfied patient and I have a choice to either leave or stay and quite frankly, I can go anywhere bcuz a Dr is a Dr.

They require a deposit to even make an appointment, and if you cancel the appointment, getting the refund back is a very frustrating process because their communication is horrible. They don’t have a live person you can talk to. They want you to utilize their chatting platform, which they are very slow to respond. Took me a month to get refund due to miscommunication. Read up their policies on their website before making an appointment. Once you make the appointment, good luck if you ever have to change or cancel your appointment, or collecting refund, very frustrating experience.

These guys are fraud, ask for deposits, don’t pick up calls, don’t reply to texts property, I am waiting for my refund for over a month, they keep dodging by lying they mailed the check, then it’s been over a week I have been asking them to confirm when the check is ready so I can pick it up myself. They are so incompetent that they can’t even just simply call for 5 seconds to tell me when I can come. Thieves.

Poor service front desk, they rarely call you back and answer the phone

Dr Bharaktiya is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend for anyone suffering from PCOS or Thyroid issues. I drive almost 2 hours to see her and each visit is worth it!

Every single time I come here the wait time is ridiculous. I personally don’t have the time to be waiting 1 - 1.5 hours, I have a job and only have so much time to step away. The girls in the front are not very nice either when trying to ask questions on how long it will be to be seen.

The female endocrinologist is unprofessional. I do not recommend her for treatment for any autoimmune endocrine disorder or condition.

I made an appointment that is coming up in June. I had to pay a $50 deposit to make the appointment that is refundable if you cancel prior to your appointment. I have been trying to contact this clinic since MAY 9TH, with no response. I was trying to confirm the appointment date and time, but now I am trying to cancel it. The "front desk" service they have answering the phone has zero information. Then they transfer you to a voice mail message for the office which then gives you a number to text for information. This is the same number Ive been messaging to get appointment confirmation. Ive also used their online messaging portal. This is a terrible way to do business. I'm so frustrated at this point I would never use this clinic again.

I like Dr. Shika a lot, but expect SUPER long wait times. This last appointment I waited 1 hr and 20 minutes before I finally walked out. I could have still been waiting longer- who knows. I made up my mind that I would find a doctor closer to me where I wouldn’t have to wait so long. Also, it was morning, so how backed up could she have been at 10 am?

I highly recommend the Endocrinology Clinics of Texas. I have been a patient of Dr. Splenser for a couple of years now and I am very happy with the care that I get. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Splenser has a great bedside manner, always answers all my questions, and addresses any concerns. My visits are never rushed and the appointment wait time is minimal. The front office staff are also courteous and respond promptly to messages and voicemails. This location has an on-site lab which is extremely convenient and their phlebotomist is one of the best ones that I have encountered.
