Our experience with Dr. Payne and Jennie (NP) was great, they are both wonderful professionals. Our pediatrician recommended Dr. Payne for the ear molding procedure, we started seeing them at 2 weeks old and 6 weeks later his ears are all fixed, non invasive and no discomfort. The earlier the intervention the better the results. :)

We had an emergency situation with our daughter. The er dr’s called Dr Payne in to repair my daughters finger. Due to an insurance problem we could not return to Dr Payne for a follow up. We went to Texas Children’s for our follow up. The chief of plastic surgery at TCH thought the work was incredible and wanted to know who did it. It has been about three years and there is zero scarring.

Dr. Payne did an excellent job on my son's ear, he was born with something called an anteverted concha and it only took 4 weeks to fix with a noninvasive ear moulding therapy. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Payne!

The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. Sonia was fantastic at making me feel comfortable and aware of my ear lobe repair procedure. Dr. Payne communicated with me during the entire process and was sensitive to any discomfort that I had. It was not painful and I'm so excited to heal and wear hanging earrings again.

Dr Payne is an extremely talented plastic surgeon. My baby daughter had surgery to separate toe syndactyly. The results were far beyond our expectation. The staff and doctor are courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this establishment and would give more stars If I could! Thank you so very much!
