Dr. Kingcaid is very knowledgeable, culturally competent and has an impeccable level of compassion and empathy. I have never had a healthcare provider who embodies the definition of a person centered approach. Not only does she have a genuine love for providing quality care it is evident that she ensures that her patients know exactly what their lab results mean and what steps they can take to improve certain outcomes. In my visits she has always checked for understanding and clarity. I have never had a doctor who has taking such quality of time. It truly feels like you are her only patient each time. I must have went to a different doctor because this one is very self absorbed! Knowledgeable but off putting! Not very welcoming at all and I love Kelsey! Came across super mean and very nonchalant. Got what I needed done though just was an uncomfortable energy!!!!!

Dr. Evette Kingcaid is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. She was rude and was searching Google for my diagnosis. She said, "thank you Google" as she did her search. What is the point of going to Kelsey if I can diagnose myself by searching Google and YouTube videos. She even had the audacity to tell me to do my homework of the diagnosis. She took under 8 minutes to diagnose me and she left. Beware folks!

Incredibly disappointed in the level service that came from this office. We are new to the area and need to establish PCP care, plus yearly physicas. I had made 3 appointments back to back for my children and myself, andfl for this convience I needed to wait over a month to be seen. I spent 45 minutes on the phone giving the scheduler all of our information. I was instructed to bring medical records for the three of us and I needed to fast for 8 hours. I feel like I was VERY CLEAR as to what we needed to be seen for. While I was checking us in, nurse came out and informed me that these appoints were scheduled as "office visits" and not "physicals"....so they were unable to see us and I need to reschedule. What? This makes zero sense since we already had an hour block...which is more than enough time. I cleared a half say of my also BUSY SCHEDULE to pick my kids up from school and daycare for these appointments. I did not reschedule because we need a medical practice that has a better handle on their patient schedules and level of service.
