Loved the doctor but everything else is terrible. I’ve been on and off the phone with them for WEEKS trying to get my medication. Was supposed to get it overnighted and it be here today but the drs office didn’t send the order over even tho I’ve called over 10 times in 2 weeks. Called the pharmacy today and said they STILL DID NOT GET MY ORDER. Honestly ridiculous how they don’t seem to care to get you the medication THEY said you need.
HORRIBLE customer service. I'm convinced that any positive review for this business is fake. Instead of fixing problems, the owner will reply to this review with an apology and to say they are looking into it. Gastrodox being what they are pushed me to one of their competitors, Allied Digestive Health. I am much happier now. Can't give zero stars on here.
I arrived 15 minutes early and was checked in fairly quickly. Understandably I had to wait 20 minutes or so to see the PA. All I all I was finished in less than an hour. It was a simple consultation which went well.
The staff is amazing. I don't know why I had to have an apt for my results when everything was fine. They could have told me my results over the phone, but how else would they collect my $85 copay? I didn't even see the doctor; I saw the PA, who was amazing. I knew the results when they did the colonoscopy, so nothing was a surprise. If everything is okay, they should tell you over the phone instead of wasting your time and money. When I have a mammogram, the results are posted online without having to do a follow-up visit. This office should do the same.
They have something weird going on. I went to a totally different business to get blood work and they had no idea what I was talking about. That other cimpany is somehow tied to them so I don’t know. Like is GastroDox real?
Great!
This doctor’s office contracts with several hospitals in Houston. I had surgery at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy, TX, but neither the doctor nor any member of his staff visited me. Despite that, I received a bill for $860. I called multiple times to ask about it, but the support desk is overseas, and communication has been Terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.................
Great customer service and medical advice.
I have been waiting to be seen for an hour now. They say they are understaffed. I wish they could at least let people know. Very disappointing. What a waste of my time…
I also have the problem with the bills from a 2 pathology labs that were denied by my insurance because they are not in my network. This a surprised payment as I never know where my lab work should be sent. For sure, it should be sent within my network or at least the clinic and the lab should check my network status before rendering the service. By the way, I also face the same problem that other patients mentioned. In my last exam, I met only PA instead of Dr. Pothuri even after 1 hour waiting, as he was busy with another case. Please improve your schedule next time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
