I was Very pleased to have been seen by Dr Groff, having never seen him before, he is/was Very knowledgeable, carefully looked over my med history, asking questions & making recommendations, all the while being Very informative. I hope to be able to see him again!

Dr Groff was the physician on call when I had medical issues late in the night. He was amazing. Extremely helpful and gave me advice as to what I was exactly to do. Then, even though I was not his patient, he called me the next morning and told me that he wanted me to go to the ER and he was going to let them know that I was coming. I loved his doctor/patient manner! I felt that he really cared! Great physician!

Positive. He has been our family PCP for many years . He is always professional and compassionate. When he enters the treatment room his smile puts you at ease . He listens to your issues and is very good at diagnosing your problem. It would be a great loss to all his patients if he was no longer a part of Village medical group. We truly miss him as our PCP . Please bring him back.

My fiance waited to recieve a prescription for a refill and then was told they were out of prescription paper....therefore leaving without a prescription and resulting in a complete waste of time.

Dr. Groff walked into the room and ask my son what's going on to which my son began answering. The Dr. rudely interrupted and said who is suppose to be asking the questions here. Everything went downhill from there. He insisted that it was appendicitis when my son tried telling him it had been removed. But the dr. didn't listen to him until I spoke up. Next, he said it was the gallbladder, but my son said that was removed too. If he had bothered to look at the paperwork, we would wouldn't have to waste time explaining it to him again and again. Why do they want people to fill out paperwork if no one is going to read it???? Why ask how someone is doing if you won't listening them when they speak? This dr is rude and refuses to listen when patients talk. I would never ever recommend this doctor to anyone!

Ive been going to Dr.Groff for 12 years. Always helpful and kind. I would find it hard to believe if anyone had a negative experience. He is always wearing a smile and very lighthearted. Every time. consistent .
