Won't prescribe the medication you need even if you have records and history of taking the medication.

I just had by far the worst experience in my entire life from a medical office. I started seeing doctor Ghana Saqer in late 2019. While there she gave me a referral to get an MRI done. I have called her office continuously and have not gotten any results. Its now approximately 10 months later from when I completed my MRI and still have not gotten any results. I just spoke with the office assistant who calls her self "Mel" and she is by far the most disrespectful, rude, arrogant and straight up disturbing person I have ever dealt with in the medical field. She spoke over me and raised her voice at me and scold me as thought I was her pet. I am sooo furious, this lady hung up the phone on me multiple times and refuse to answer. So depressing, I just needed the contact information for my MRI.

I had a very bad infection by my eye and Dr. Saqer saw me right away and diagnosed with Shingles (very painful & itchy) she gave me meds for pain and cured my infection. Thank you Dr. Sager!

Very good Dr. She drove me the hospital one time because my blood pressure would not go down and they checked me in to the hospital for 2 days. Something I would not have done on my own.

Very good Doctor, unfortunately the office manager is horrible, incompetent and unprofessional!!!! I will definitely find me another primary Doctor the manager is unbearable and has low I.Q.
