Horrible!!! I've tried to get in contact with someone in the office to schedule since 12/25, the ladies leave you on hold for over 45min. I have not seen or spoken to anyone on f/u etc since my colonoscopy and endoscopy since 12/2025 , since then its been a hassle to even get a f/u appt. This that i was referred by my oncologist to make sure the cancer did not spread. They obviously do not care about there patients .

Dr. Vishal Kaila patiently listened to my concerns and clearly explained the procedure. I felt very comfortable with him. The staff who checked me in were very patient.

We visited Dr. Harshad Patel's office today. He has a very good staff members. Receptionist is good and so is the nurse. Nurse is knowledgeable and explains well to the patient. Dr. Patel himself is a very good Dr. He listens patient patiently and explains throughly. Dr. Patel has a very high Ethics values like honesty and compassion which is very much needed in this profession since they are dealing with patients. Some doctors don't have that qualities and I have come across couple of them. So I really admire that quality of Dr.Patel. I highly recommend to have him as a G.I.
