if there's a super doc, this guy is it. I'm almost 77 and he performed emergency surgery on a small bowel obstruction (twisted colon) and I survived. I am thankful for his service.

One week ago I found myself in the emergency room with an Acute Appendicitis needing a Emergency Appendectomy. Dr. Jackson was my surgeon. He did an awesome job. He got to the appendix before it ruptured, even with the difficulties of past surgeries, scar tissue, hernia repair, adipose tissue, etc. Top Notch Surgeon!!!

I went to the emergency room in another town and after a few test I was transported to Houston because of my history with complicated issues. Dr. Jackson came and did his evaluation and told me exactly what he was going to do. With my history it makes me nervous to let someone else other than my doctors do surgery on me. I got a really good vibe from him and totally trusted everything he told me. After only meeting him one time I put every bit of my trust in him. The surgery went well and I feel great. Going back to see him since the surgery tomorrow. I really like this doctor and would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Jackson saved my 78 yr old Mom's life as she had a very rare tumor.....Pheochromocytoma. So rare that only 2 out of 5 million people a year are diagnosed with. Her's was an Extra Rare Pheo as instead of being attached to the adrenal gland, it was attached to blood vessels below her kidney. Other surgeons stated they would need to remove the kidney. Dr. Jackson removed the tumor without removing the kidney. She is doing great!!

Dr. Jackson is an excellent surgeon. He has performed two operations on me in the last 4 years. In both operations tumors were growing on my internal organs. The CT scans were showing that I would possibly loose some or all of those organs to survive. Dr. Jackson with his surgical skills and experience was able to remove the tumors from the organs and I have fully recovered. He is a cut above.

Dr Jackson and his staff are AWESOME, especially Melissa and Anna! They kept in complete contact with me before, during and after my procedure and showed such compassion and caring. Love all of them!

Dr. Jackson literally saved my life when appendix burst and went immediately septic throughout the abdominal cavity. If not for his emergency surgery on me at St Luke's and his post-op care, I would have died. I love this doctor.

Dr. Jackson and/or his staff withheld my pathology results for 2 weeks and I was repeatedly told they were not in when I asked for them. Then when they did give them to me, they only gave me partial results. I had to request my medical records to find out I had in fact had cancer. I will never recommend or see this doctor again.

I went into the ER with severe abdomial pain early one saturday morning. I found out after a few tests later that a surgeon needed to be called in due to the condition of the results. I found out I had intusseception which was very rare for a young female my age. (21) Dr. Jackson walked into my room with two medical students and told me he was going to have a very frank conversation with me but I probably would not like what he had to say. He told me I needed emergency abdominal surgery to fix the intusseception and that I would probably need a colostomy bag (temporary). I could not have been under anyone else's care but his... he was wonderful. I woke up after surgery only to find where the surgery was performed, but no bag. Come to find out he was able to stitch me up completely because the surgery went very well. He is a very caring doctor who takes everyone in your family's opinion. I had a wedding to go to 3.5 weeks later out of state and because my recovery had went so well, he allowed me to go under a few restrictions...I highly reccomend Dr. Jackson for abdominal surgery.
