Love getting laser hair removal treatments here! Sarah, along with all the other techs, are very kind and detailed during my treatment. Scheduling appts are always hassle free as well.

They don’t listen — they just do what they want without explaining or asking. Once they get the payment, it’s clear they don’t care anymore. I’ve had laser treatments before at other places, so I know what to expect. Here, the treatment didn’t last — everything came back within a week. I do not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism, care, and results speaks for itself.

I only come here because it’s convenient. But it has a high turnover rate of technicians. They’re all really really young and don’t appear to have that much expertise (in my opinion) on treatments even though they’re trying to act like they do. All the good technicians that were there have left including managers. And they recently rebranded a year or two ago from New Look Houston to Glow Medspa.

I’ve been coming to Glow for tattoo removal & I’ve had a great experience. Brianna is very professional and knowledgeable. It’s the only spa that stays open late so it works with my work schedule.

I’ve been coming to Glow Med Spa for the past year, and they always take good care of me and are quick to resolve any issues that may arise. Sarah is really sweet and very informed on laser hair removal. Very glad I gave this place a try!
