I really appreciate how the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone from the front desk to the Nurses and Doctors treated me with the same level of respect and explained every process in a way that I could easily understand. My son and I had a smooth experience. Even though the appointment was for me, they made sure my son had snacks and made sure he was comfortable as well.

This place is amazing they really take care of the person coming in. I was little worried about a new place i haven't been before. I am going to make sure to come back. Its a great place to get treated if you are having an issue. Dr Dhuha is great, and sweet. She is great at a explaining things .

We went here yesterday as my wife’s leg was swollen. I found this place by searching on the internet urgency care near me. We arrived and the front receptionist was friendly and gave our insurance and said they are in network but never discussed co pay. We were there for hours my wife got treated diagnosed and told to see her pcp after ruling out other issues. When it was time to pay the front desk said it will be $300 as this is an emergency room copay. I take a lot of the responsibility here as it says Grace Emergency but never have gone here before or very few urgency cares I thought they were all the same and always thought emergency rooms were typically at a hospital. My wish is that this company when checking in would tell people the co pay upfront and state that this is an emergency room and the co pay would be emergency rooms copay in my case $300. If they would have been upfront and said this we would have told them we will find another place it was really not an emergency but wanted to determine what was causing her leg to be swollen. I feel like the lack of verbal communication of fees is not a good way to do business and they should have disclosed the copay immediately. I wanted to post as do not come here unless it is a true emergency where if it is a true emergency I would be going to a hospital er.
