I have been with Dr. Hester some years now. I am 72 and will not be changing anytime soon! He has my highest recommendation and believe me, being "old school" that doesn't come easy. Dr. Cucuzzo

At my appointment, Dr Hester had a disarming sense of humor, was knowledgeable, and helpful. He had practical, helpful advice. His medical assistant was also wonderful - friendly and knowledgeable. Don't look for a warm greeting or friendly smile from the admin staff, but this review is for the doctor and medical staff, not the admin staff.

Worst doctor I have ever dealt with...two reasons: First, I sustained a gruesome injury. When I described the circumstances, Dr. Hester started laughing uncontrollably in my face, on the spot. Lastly, I drove 55+ miles to his office with a VA referral. After the visit, by the time I returned home 55+ miles, this Doctor had already sent me the bill, when they knew the VA was covering any/all treatment. Needless to say, I never went back & never will. I'd personally advise others to go elsewhere if asked. Strictly my opinion based upon his lack of professionalism/empathy.

Dr. Hester saved my husband also. He recommended my husband need chemo but not need radiation for his particular needs and he was right even though other doctors were giving us a different story. My husband lost his bladder and prostate but we truly credit God and dr. Hester that his life was spared. We could tell that Dr. Hester truly cared about us.

Just had the honor of meeting my Dr Gregory Hester!! He was personable and took the time to listen and navigate my issues. He gave me life dietary wisdom upon treating what was going on. I appreciate when someone is educated in all fields!! Thank you for being above and beyond!!!

The Dr. Hestor and his staff is very professional, friendly, respectful! This was my first time visit, and I can recommend it for an A class service!

Glad to recommend. He is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Some here complain about a $30 fee for changes in meds or co's. but it is not totally under their control. Complain about big pharma! not Dr. Hester.

This was my first time at the office. Easy to make appointment. Appointment on schedule, no wait. Very nice office and very pleasant office staff. I was very impressed with Dr. Hester's competency and personality. I could find nothing needing improvement. Very pleasant experience.

This doctor is assisting another doctor to cover up the damage caused to my bladder .I came in begging to have a catheter put in because when I urinate I'm in excruciating pain. Dr Hester then told me a catheter would cause my bladder to swell and would not be a good idea since a cystoscopy was scheduled .I began to cry just thinking of the pain. I asked him well can you give me something for the pain instead, he told me no I'd get addicted. I asked him did he say that because I'm black, he got very uncouth and began yelling at me " I'm not giving you narcotics". Since he did this where his staff and everyone could hear I became very embarrassed and never got to ask if he only prescribes narcotics. He ended up letting me have the catheter with no type of pain medication. I took it out myself and went to the er where I was informed of what is actually wrong with my bladder. It seems that Dr Hester wants to assist another doctor to avoid a law suit, now I'm complaining to the medical board against him. To me he is unprofessional and little does he know I've worked for 6 doctors that are his competition, that was no way to treat me nor allow me to leave his office. He is not competent to assist women with bladder issues what so ever. UPDATE: I finally had surgery by a doctor who told me Dr. Hester is a dummy lol and come to find out..MY BLADDER FOLDED IN HALF!! That’s what all my pain was!! FIND ANOTHER UROLOGIST!!! All doctors involved will be reported to the Texas medical board

Staff was very kind and helpful. But had problems verifying my secondary insurance. Dr Hester didn’t seem to care about my main problems. Non informing about procedures to help me! Looking for relief with another doctor.
