I came in for appt. today. The bright eyed lady Tamara greeted with a warm hello and said she would help me to check in. This is the kind of people you want to meet everyday.

Quick and easy ER visit The RN this AM alone was 5 stars overheard her advocating on my behalf making sure all bases was covered. She also recommended great at home care options. Thankful for her care and concern. Everyone else was helpful too.

Im grateful to have this facility so slow close to home. My PCP and other Specialist are housed here so Ive had history with the facility since 2005. Unfortunately Ive had to visit the ER on a few occasions andor transported my family members there as well. Just recently I was scheduled for an ultrasound. Customer Service was fantastic from the perregistration frontdesk checkin process and even my Ultrasound Tech she was a doll. HCA Houston Healthcare West has everything you need.

I had a very good experience in this hospital. Efficient staff and quick service. Very nicely updated facilities and most of all very clean.

Every visit has resulted in balanced billing by physicians who do NOT disclose the fact that they do NOT accept insurance companies adjusted rates for normal and reasonable. This is a huge problem for people who are on a fixed income. Even if you ask they say yes and then their billing office group tells you otherwise. Not worth the hassle.Also I know the Hospital is overloaded but the nurses don’t have to be nasty when things aren’t going their way. They should listen to the patients who when they say they’re in pain they’re really in pain.Guess it’s time to find a new healthcare system.

All the nurses at the labordelivery and postpartum were all great. They took great care of me. Also I can not forget the nurses at the nicu. All the nicu nurses are great with my baby. They are still taking good care of my baby in there. I appreciate all the care and encouragement given to me during my stay and still from this day. The nicu doctors and nurse practitioner are really good at updating me with my baby’s status. I love hearing all the improvements my baby is having during the stay. It’s relieving to know that my baby is in good hands with them. It’s a far drive from my house but I would definitely recommend this hospital.

The nurses were very helpful in assisting me with a toothache. The nurse who administered the antibiotics even gave me some helpful tips as well as information for an affordable dentist that could help with my tooth repair.
