I regret the day that Ems brought my love one to this hospital ..most of the staff was professional but it seems as if there’s quite a few of young nurses that’s really not serious about their career .. due to the Covid scare it seems as if anyone that comes in during the time of my visit if you had Covid or not they were going to pass away that’s the attitude that was being portrayed….some of the staff on the second floor was nonchalant when it comes to some of the patients …unfortunately we lost a love one that was not Covid related but due to negligence on their behalf we are so saddened to receive this type of care from so call medical personnel ..two nurses on that particular floor were horrible and we believe the lack of care that was given lead to there demise .. Life and death our precious but to choose death over life in any situation is sad …their job is to administer care to save the life as much as possible but the attitude that was being portrayed as if they didn’t care .. i’m not trying to take away from these persons who have had a good experience with this establishment but I’ve have spoken to so many that has a lot of negative reviews . this wasn’t our choice of Hospital but for some reason anyone in that area that’s the first place they take you to and the sad part about it I knew that my love one wasn’t coming back home… and for one of your own to tell me that I have every reason to be upset about the condition of my loved one says a lot about this place. It’s sad

I was seen by a nurse practitioner after 8 hrs of waiting I left come back the next morning to get my lap results and I was taken back as a new patient that is to make more money from my insurance I didnt see a doctor in the facility I think the state need to investigate this facility because I know they may be charging more than what tge offers.

Nurse Sandra in preop was great. She made me feel comfortable.

All patient service staff and nursing staff were professional personable and efficient. I was treated with great medical care. I Left the hospital with a through understanding of what I needed to do and how to do it.

Big shout out to Marney I think that’s how I spell her name. She’s an overnight nurse that assisted me after my surgery for two days.That was the ONLY good thing about my stay. My surgery went well the people who helped me prior to surgery did great. BUT everyone else did absolutely horrible and my care was horrible. My room was right in front of the nurses station but if that call light was used for assistance to go to the bathroom it took 30 minutes. I didn’t get the thing I needed to blow in to make ensure my lungs were clear. I didn’t get Assistance putting my clothes on for discharge. I had to struggle to do that in pain in and all. The nurse ripped my Iv out my arm to the point where it was a literal pool of blood on the bed and when I called the nurse call it took her 15 minutes to come back. I didn’t get patient information on how to properly inject myself with the blood thinners I was sent home with. I can literally go on and on. But the overnight nurse she was on it. She knew my heart rate was elevated when my oxygen was low when they have me things I wasn’t supposed to be eating. She need nurse of the year and a raise.

Recientemente me fue realizada una cirugía en este centro hospitalario y a pesar de haber estado pocas horas allí recibí muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal tanto de la parte administrativa así como enfermeras y doctores muy amables atentos y preocupados.Muy buena atención en general y muy bien organizado el servicio.

Came here for my fathers knee surgery all the nurses were amazing He was especially impressed with Sandra in surgery recovery excellent service minded.

The service was great however sending the image to my Dr is extremely slow. Please working on improving this.Thank youSheila Powers

The Nurses on the 5th Floor Esan Nikky Amber Roselyn is absolutely AMAZING Their energy and work ethics is unquestionable. Before coming to Houston Northwest I was told to stay away from this Hospital from Family and CoWorkers and Im glad I didnt. From the ER staff 5th floor nurses and techs Im extremely Grateful and Thankful. GREAT JOB
