Took over a space labeled "Urgent Care" and relabeled it "ER", and provide the exact same service suite. 90 minute visit with CT and blood test, I figured, a few grand, maybe 5 at worst? They billed my insurance FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. People are going to die at home when they're terrified that a basic visit will bankrupt them. I used to be strictly anti-Luigi, now I'm not so sure he was wrong.

I experienced a slip and fall Saturday morning and experienced not so customer service with the front desk personnel requesting my copy of the x rays. She gave the number of three different contact but didn’t give me the right person.

The ER visit was smooth; the staff were professional and helpful. I was very impressed and grateful that Dr. Smith was knowledgeable and attentive to my illness. I left the ER confident that I would recover quickly. Well done and have a wonderful day.

Horrible experience. I was in so much pain after 5 days in the ICU at Methodist (who were rockstars) however I was having trouble walking due to kidney pain, my husband took me to the closest ER. The moment I walked in the door, with my husband, a nurse asked me if I had been DRINKING?! I don't drink at all. I was in horrible pain in my kidneys. Should have known to leave then. Doctor couldn't have been any ruder. We brought everything in a folder from my ICU stay the previous week. Doctor wouldn't look a single thing. "Whyyyyy are you here today?! I don't care what happened last week" I was practically in shock keeping my mouth closed at that comment TWICE! The imaging guy was so sweet and kind. Front desk staff RUDE. "THIS IS AN ER NOT A HOSPITAL" uhm duh?! I kept looking at my husband to answer questions for me bc I was short of breath. "Uhm why do you keep looking at your husband for answers?!" Bc I'm short of breath! And no I don't need your generic response to all your 1 star ratings. Funny your staff called a few days later to ask me to come in for a second opinion?! So you can bill me again? No thanks. We will make the long drive to Methodist next time where we went after this horrible experience where they admitted me for 2 days. The nurse wasn't even nice until she realized my Nana was on the phone and listening to them being horrible bc I was literally scared of them being so rude and weird. Ohhh now bc you're being recorded let's be nice?! Very very odd behavior except the imaging tech
