New Very rude the lady at the desk threw my id at me looking at me like she was disgusted by my appearance cause I wasn’t all dressed up looking beautiful as usual remind you I arrived at night so do the math and on top of that I waited in the front where you register for an whole hour so when they took me bsck To the room I waited another hour all of sudden the doctor came in asking me lots of questions like I’m lying about having these problems /issue didn’t want to really shake my hand at all. And then some lady came in the room gave me an already been open water bottle the water was hot didn’t even bothered to ask do you want cold or warm water like I was going to drink a bottle that’s been open already that was nasty never again will I come here 0 stars if I could yall need to work on yall people skills

I have visited other emergency rooms before, and while I cannot say they were bad, the level of care I received at this facility stood out in a meaningful way. What impressed me most was the staff their attentiveness and warmth were consistent throughout my entire visit, even during what must have been the early hours of the morning when fatigue is a very real factor. I was there for approximately four hours, and not once did I feel overlooked or rushed. I arrived feeling genuinely unwell and left feeling significantly better both physically and in terms of peace of mind. That kind of outcome, combined with the quality of care along the way, speaks volumes about this team. This is the kind of experience that reminds you what good healthcare should feel like. I am grateful for the staff and would not hesitate to return or recommend this facility to others.

We started going to this location the year they opened and our family has been a number of times for various reasons, myself being the main patient. I've recommended family, friends, and neighbors here due to the swift and beyond excellent morals and ethics provided. ​Our toddler and older child have also been treated here in the past, and the care they received was exceptional. It is rare to find a facility that maintains such high standards over the years for both adults and children. We truly trust this team & location with our family’s health—highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect when we came to this remote ER, but the experience truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was not the facility or the equipment, but the people. The quality of care came from the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion of the staff. Dr. Mogri was outstanding. He took the time to listen, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we fully understood what was happening and what the plan was. He was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, humble, and never rushed or dismissive. As a family member caring for an elderly parent, that level of clarity and reassurance made a tremendous difference. We left feeling informed, confident, and truly cared for - something that is not always the case in healthcare settings. The clinical staff were equally excellent. Benaya, who assisted with the initial assessments and blood work, was kind, efficient, and very thorough. She made the process smooth and helped us feel comfortable and attended to throughout the visit. When you're seeking medical care, you're often in a vulnerable position and relying entirely on the expertise and attitude of the healthcare team. This team made us feel that we’re in capable and compassionate hands from start to finish. We need more healthcare professionals like this. Thank you for providing care that is not only competent, but genuinely patient-centered.

An awesome experience from each team member. Kristen, Joseph, and Dr Zesut were the best caring professionals. This is exactly what you need when your body and emotions are derailed from your daily life. I definitely recommend this location. In February 2026 Medicare will be accepted.
