My sister recently received care after being discharged from HCA West. We were contacted almost immediately following her discharge from the hospital. The office was very helpful, efficient, and detailed. They had a nurse at our home within 24 hours and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend this agency for your home health needs.

Jayzyle, a Clinical Manager very rude, the company on a whole dosen't concern themselves with your time at all. Very poor customer service. They have wound care Nurses that straight tells you they will not give you 48 hours Notice when coming to your home. When they are scheduled to come to your home if something changes they will not call you. Very unprofessional company.
