I am a disabled veteran and a T4 paraplegic. They are supposed to provide a healthcare worker to care for me 13 hours a week. Recently I have had 3 different caregivers in the last month. I'm trying to get confirmation that I will have one tomorrow because the last two have not completed a week. I don't recommend them.

My observation about this facility is that the staff is very assertive. When you go in the office they greet you with a smile and hospitality. Ms. Remona and Ms., Chee in the front will make you feel welcome, I really do appreciate their outgoing stride to help me. I notice they have snacks and provide supplies you need for your patients. Since i been there i feel welcome and the cool to be around them.

I'm a very patient person but am totally fed up with them AND the people they've sent. I fired the last worker AND them today. I've tried my best to deal with them for 3years and can't take anymore. I don't think they bother to even interview these people much less try to match them with what people need. They've sent people to me that have yelled at me in public, that refused to work at all or if they 'worked' didn't bother to do a good job, that haven't come in when scheduled, etc... How hard is to wash a dish and get it clean or to rinse out the sink when done? I even rinse dishes after I use them so they're not crusty with food when the worker come in! I'm done!!!

We looked everywhere to find an agency to accommodate mother and my spirit didn't sit right. But once we met this staff we knew this was the one! Everyone met us with a warm friendly smile and made us feel like family! We have been with this agency for several months now with no complaints! The new management team has really did an amazing job with this agency! The staff is VERY dependable and reliable, their ALWAYS on time! They give mother a complimentary call the day before to remind her the time their coming! In the healthcare field it's hard to find a team that's dedicated and love what they do and we're blessed to have Heart Home Health Care Agency on our team! It takes a village to care for our loved ones and we're honored to have them apart of our village!!!!THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO! I can sleep at night knowing mother is in good hands!!!!

If you're looking for an agency to care for your loved one, don't choose this one!! They are understaffed and very unprofessional. This company decided to stop caring for my bed bound, quadriplegic, veteran husband without company notifying us. The nurse just stopped coming and there was nobody in the company I could discuss this with when I called. The nurse they sent had to be FaceTimed to instruct her on how to do the job they sent her to do. . This should have been my first clue. Their staff is lacking in skills needed for the jobs they take on. Please don't hire them to care for your loved one.

My mother received both skilled nursing services and physical therapy services from Heart. We could not have been more pleased. They were very professional, but more than that they were compassionate. I highly recommend Heart Home Health Care.
