As someone who has worked in the medical field, I am very impressed with Dr. Mentz and his staff. From the initial phone call, the communication, the consultation, pre-op and surgery was such a great experience. Everything went smoothly and I was given all the information and supplies needed up front. I always knew who to reach out to if I had questions arise. I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I am so happy with my results! I highly recommend Dr. Mentz and his team.

Great Experience at ACPS today. Everything was well organized, and Stephanie (personal care coordinator) took the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. All my questions were answered, and I truly felt hearIt by Dr. Mentz. I felt confident moving forward with scheduling surgery.

I had a great experience with the team in Dr. Mentz's office. Before meeting him, I had interviewed 3 other top surgeons in Houston, but none of them felt quite right. I chose Dr. Mentz and had cosmetic surgery in May, 2025. However, from the moment I walked into ACPS, I was greeted and treated as though I was their only patient. I can't list all of the office personnel, but the one who really stands out (other than Dr. Mentz himself) was his Physicians Assistant, Nadia. She not only answered every one of my questions (silly or not), but also offered incredible tips about healing quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and empathetic. She never rushed me and focused completely on what I was saying. She even wanted me to text her my blood pressure as a follow-up. Nadia returned the answers to my text inquiries immediately! When meeting with the other surgeon candidates beforehand, they did not have this "concierge-style" private post-surgical access to a PA available to patients. I can't stress enough how reassuring it was to know she would be available 24/7! Frankly, I wouldn't want to be on-call 24/7, but she does a great job of it. I did not know this type of patient care even happened anymore- so refreshing! My surgical journey with Dr. Mentz and Nadia included too many other perks to mention, but getting my hair washed before being sent home and having private nurses sent out to my house to help me was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

As soon as I met with Dr. Mentz, I knew he was the surgeon for me. Dr. Mentz listened and addressed my concerns without adding things that didn’t concern me. His vast surgical experience made it an easy decision to put my trust in his hands. I cannot compliment Dr. Mentz without mentioning his team. Everyone I came in contact with was attentive to my needs. When I had questions before my surgery, Jasmine,, my patient care coordinator, always got back to me within hours. After surgery, Dr. Mentz’s physicians assistant, Nadia, was truly available 24/7. I can personally test to this! She is great. I am only six weeks out from my lower face/ neck lift and already see amazing results. I highly recommend Dr. Mentz.
