I had an on-line consultation with Dr. Mentz and I was extremely impressed with his kind personality, immense knowledge and thoughtful suggestions regarding how I can gently improve my appearance.

Dr. Mentz is a miracle worker and an amazing physician. I have had 3 different procedures with him and he never disappoints. At age 76, I look 30 years younger and I call my improved appearance the "Dr. Mentz affect". He's the best. He has a wonderful staff that is very personable and cares for each patient.

Love Dr Mentz and his team, don’t love that he was 45 minutes late.

I am having some issues post surgery and Dr. Mentz is fixing it.

Neck lift only....an ultimate failure. Surgery center is very dated, used by several doctors, assembly line environment. Mentz never even visited me after surgery, lots of admins do the follow up. Let's move them in, move them out, no real patient care especially if results are not favorable. Assume lots of patients because of past reputation, now seems like a money grab. Would never go back, much less recommended this surgery group to anyone.

This will be my second surgery by Dr. Henry Menze who has an incredible bedside manner, personable, caring and counseled me on all different scenarios for surgery. All of the staff were very professional, courteous and comforting. They worked with my schedule and got me in for surgery the next day. They have an entire team that have specific areas of expertise and they speak with you one on one and make sure you have a clear understanding of everything.

I am a returning customer. From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out everyone treats you with kindness and respect. I was nervous for my appt and was relaxed and excited for my procedures when I walked out the door. The whole staff is amazing. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

the procedure $17K, way overpriced now that I’ve researched.This was for a lift and very small replacements,However, within a week I noticed one was not right, I kept telling them and they just said it was swelling, finally they concluded that one was leaking already. So I had to go through surgery again a mere 8 weeks later to replace the faulty implant. That was painful. They kept telling me I would receive a $2000 payment due to a faulty implant sent from the manufacturer. After months and months of promising me this (I have text messages saying so) I never received it and finally someone told me because I did not buy the “extended warranty” that I would not get it. Dr Mentz’s response was well “I” had to pay for the operating room and “I” Had to do surgery for free it’s was just “I” “I” “I”, he never thought of what I had to go through. BS I’m sure the manufacture were it paid for surgery since it was a faulty implant and I’m sure he has insurance to cover these kind of things he made it sound like poor pitiful me I was the one that was the one that was put out. The extended warranty should not come in to play since this didn’t happen five years after surgery it happened within a week, Dr Mentz said that he squeezed it when he took it out and didn’t notice any leaking. However, when I called the manufacturer, they said when they received it back it was a 33% leak in it how could he miss this? I should’ve been compensated since it was so close to My original surgery date, and this implant was faulty from the beginning. Dr Mentz’s office should’ve seen that through with the manufacturer instead he told me I would need to contact the manufacture on my own who in turn told me they would have to speak to the doctor and since then there’s been nothing but silence. I do not recommend this facility as now look butchered with horrible scars and hanging skin on the ends which they said was just swelling but nope, it’s still there 1/2 years later. Do your homework.
