God bless Home Instead, my appreciation to my case manager Lillian and Ms Janie. My husband loves Janie and looks forward to her coming. Home Instead was a good choice for my disabled Veteran husband and choosing Janie was a God send. Appreciation to all involved.

Home Instead has been a life saver for my wife and I. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease a few years ago. Upon several recommendations, I moved her to a Memory Care Facility. While the staff there was great, sadly, my wife was not thriving. I reached out to Home Instead last year, and I was assigned to Lilian for a home service evaluation. I’m uncertain of her title, but we think Wonder Woman seems suitable enough. She worked on a Saturday, completely packed up my wife’s room and helped me move her home. We spent Sunday ordering my wife’s new bed, hygiene and safety items. Monday, Lilian arrived with Teeta, our caregiver. She tuned in to my wife’s needs and explored the root causes regarding my wife, and we’ve been on an upward trajectory ever since. We’ve grown to be one happy family. Teeta has taken on the daily responsibilities of my wife. I have now been able to focus on my own health, and even gotten back to golf. To top it all off, Lilian arrived today and surprised my wife with a very nice and thoughtful Valentines gift. My wife elated to say the least. This act of kindness brightened her day! Home Instead has been decision I’ve made since the discovery of my wife’s illness.

I wanted to share my experience about my caregiver Anthony with Home Instead. He is a very good caregiver and always helps me shower and get dressed. He cleans my house and removes the trash. When we go to the store he won't let me leave the vehicle until he brings me a electric cart. He helps me with pricking out the correct groceries. He bags everything up and unloaded everything and puts everything away for me. He's made life so much easier for an oldtimer. Very well appreciated. Signed Norman Lynam.

I had the best experience using Home Instead -451. I was my husband's caregiver for four years but it had gotten to the point where I needed help as his condition worsened. Several agencies called but there was something about Mr.Gomez that was calm and reassuring that helped me to make the decision to choose his agency. The aides that were assigned to us, Eno and Martha were top notch, going over and above to assist my husband. With them here , I was able to get out and find relaxing things to do to help me reduce stress. My husband had an emergency which lead to a long hospital and rehab stay recently. When the release date was near and the reality that he could no longer walk on his own, the decision was made to place him into a small group home for 24 hours care. Should things change in his health status, I would not hesitate to enlist Home Instead- 451 for his home care.

I am beyond grateful for this company in allowing my mother the opportunity to live and be able to take care of her needs because someone is looking after my father. For over 10yrs my mother has been the sole caretaker of my father having to neglect self but thanks to Ms Lillian for amazing coordination and connection with Ms Benita Campbell and Ms nicole for their southern hospitality and impeccable bedside manner we know my father is in great hands seeing my mom be able to attend her Dr visits and spend time with my sister and I just brings us tears of joy
