Whenever you're accepting payments, please make sure your terminals are positioned next to the customer — not down behind the counter where I can't see what's happening. A customer's card should never leave their sight, because it opens up too many opportunities for credit card fraud. I'm also not sure why you're not accepting Apple Pay. I understand you're probably saving around 1% on transaction fees, but please bring that convenience back for your customers.

Terrible customer service would not recommend. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Bednarski, 10 minutes before my appointment time the office called me to cancel my appointment. I understood that the Dr had an emergency and left office but I was driving from across town for this visit. It was a 1 hr and 30 minutes drive and they couldn’t fit me in the schedule to be seen by anyone else. I was in severe pain from an ear infection (had pus and blood in my ear) and needed to be seen. Luckily I called another ENT near them and they were able to squeeze me in for that same day.

i’m so grateful for everything she’s done to help me hear better! i feel like i’m getting the most out of every visit and anytime i have issues she knows exactly how to address them. i highly highly highly recommend her for everybody with hearing loss!

Dr. Jakob is an amazing doctor, her bedside manner is the best you could want. She was very thorough, and even checked things I never thought to mention. It's bittersweet that she is retiring. Dr Young is an absolute amazing audiologist. I'm going to miss Dr young when she moves on to another city.
