Jen Wolfe was an amazing point of contact, very helpful, supportive, informative and helped me get with the program. Then I got Anastasia Le, my nutritionist! Absolutely amazing and worth every single penny! I'd rather pay twice for her than the money I wasted going to my doctor! She listens, is compassionate and empathetic, she takes into consideration the limitations of finances, other health concerns, where I live and what grocery stores are available to me. Then she came up with a plan and has even tweaked that plan to accommodate my days on the road, traveling, lack of refrigeration, you name it! I was feeling so guilty for grabbing a quick junky item when I was on the road and not logging every single thing I ate. She reassured me, that as long as I was making the healthiest choices possible, not to add to my stress level worrying about logging every single bite, or counting every single carb and sugar. I have had an fantastic time working with Houston Family Nutrition and its staff. They are really experts in what they do and their appointment system is seamless and very budget friendly. I have to give a particular shout out to my dietician Denny Dao, RDN, LD, who has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. Not only is he responsible for helping me hit my fitness goals, but he really takes the time to adjust they way you think about dieting, food, and fitness in general. I lot of people, including myself, come into these types of situations with a very black & white version of diet health & fitness goals; setting a goal, going on a diet, and trying to hit it. But after many sessions with Denny, I've learned to have a much more healthy & sustainable relationship with food and dieting, and learning that its absolutely ok to have that pizza, taco night, or chicken nuggies, and still be on track with your fitness/health goals. Thank you Denny for making my health/fitness journey a much more positive, successful, and most importantly, delicious experience!

Moe is such a great dietitian to work with! He actively listens to his clients' concerns and addresses them very well. He also works closely with each client to help them reach their goals, even if it requires thinking outside of the box. Therefore, allowing the client's care to be individualized. He is very personable and is passionate in what he does. He also has an amazing team that helps make the entire booking process easy, as well as other dietitians following the same type of care with exceptional customer service. The team is led by Moe Schlachter who is highly compassionate and knowledgeable. You will feel heard and respected from the start of your journey. He is constantly using his skills in addition to looking for new ways to meet his clients where they are to ensure quality care at every turn.
