Dr. Kristiansen and all the staff are great. We went in for a RIVF consultation and due to the way they treated us and made us feel we decided to begin the process as soon as we were able to. We will always be thankful to Dr. Kristiansen, Blanca, Melissa and especially Mayra they are all amazing, they helped us with our thousand questions and doubts and when we felt discouraged they kept our spirits up. Thanks to them we are now expecting our precious baby girl. We definitely recommend Houston Fertility Center.

I love this place and Dr. K has a high success rate. This is why I initially went to her clinic. They don’t treat you like a business but it’s very personal. I was successful on my first IVF attempt and had a healthy baby girl. I will be using her for my next baby when I’m able. Highly recommended.

I love this place the nurses definitely put alot of definition into this clinic. Without them and their kindness I probably wouldn't have made it mentally. Anytime I had a question they answered whether through phone call or email. It was the best!.. Thank you to Blanca and Mayra for making this the best experience for me! I'll be seeing yall again in another year or 2. ❤️

Staff is very friendly including the Dr. I am sure some of her methods work as she has success stories on the reviews but it didn’t work for me. I think people get excited with invocell because it is is a more cost effective approach, but truth of the matter is it’s just not a good treatment. If you’re going to spend any money at all just skip this all together and do the traditional IVF. The success rates are very low and if you’re older than 35 years old you’re going to have trouble anyway so don’t even waste your time with invocell. Honestly I feel like this office should not even offer it to anyone. They are literally the only place in Houston who offer it?not even the best of the best offer it, there’s a reason for that And it’s not because they know what they’re doing more than anyone else in the industry. I then had a second failed attempt with traditional IVF. I actually did go and get a second opinion and showed him my treatment plan and meds and I was told that the plan I was on was just so out of the ordinary and not on track for good results. If my third cycle works with my new doctor or even if it doesn’t I’ll be back to update my post. Regardless, if you’re going to invest this kind of money in something that’s so important to you at least get a second opinion before you decide to go with any doctor then make your decisions, that is what I wish I would have done. UPDATE: Come to find out my prior blood work was wrong. When the ivf results don’t match what’s on lab paper, there’s a usually a logical explanation for that. My AMH was significantly lower than what lab results showed. There’s no possible way it would decline so rapidly in 6 months. Yes, there is room for error in EVERYTHING, even labs. Now this was not Dr. Kristiansen’s fault, she would have had no way to know, but when things didn’t add up I wish she had done a redraw. After all, she knew something wasn’t right because she told me “there was something we were not seeing in the bloodwork”. If she had, my second cycle could have been medicated differently and had a better chance for success. Now at my new clinic I was treated with low ovarian reserve and retrieved 11 eggs today! Double what I retrieved my second traditional cycle with HFC.

Let me start by saying, in my opinion the "you get what you pay for" reviews are correct in that notion only! You do get what you pay for!! But just because Dr.K offers a low cost option does not mean it is for everybody! Though Dr.K is very open, honest, & over communicates our options multiple times, it's still up to us as the patient to do our research & make a decision on our own free will of what route would work best. I am a healthy, young, female that met all the criteria for invocell. I knew this before visiting Dr.K after doing a lot of online research. After my consult with Dr.K, I was simply reassured by her agreeing I meet the criteria for invocell. & Tho she agreed, she still went over the other options available to me. An open line of communication was always provided to me. From the beginning, with my consult through to the end after implantation. Even after I signed off with Dr.K & began seeing my obgyn, Dr.K & the team were available (after hours might I add) to answer questions when I had an emergency while out of town. I can tell the team prides themselves in their positions & I find nothing wrong with that. In fact, their confidence is comforting. I received honest care the whole way. If I asked a question a team member was unsure of, I was guaranteed & always received a call back with the correct answer. I'm currently half way through my healthy (thank goodness) pregnancy & will be back to see Dr.K & the team next year for our second round. I thank you ladies for helping us start our family of love. 💖The Sly Family

Thanks to Dr. Kristiansen and the fabulous team she has, my husband and I have realized our dream of becoming parents through IVF. Thanks to them we have become the parents of two twins, a boy and a girl. We could not have chosen a better place to carry out our dream. Unbeatable treatment, they answer each of the questions and doubts you may have and help you with everything. Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!!!! Well where to being, Dr.K , Lana , Michelle , and all the rest of the team here are the most amazing, caring, and genuine group of people you could ask for. Especially when dealing with such an emotional experience such as infertility. Their facility is extremely clean, the girls are always smiling and helpful with any questions you need answered and from the very beginning of the process they provide you all the information up front! From start to finish the team will be there, you can’t ask for anything more in my opinion. I did Invocell here and just recently had my baby boy from the frozen transfer where we transferred two embryos. I am so grateful to this clinic because without them and God my miracle child wouldn’t be here! Thank you again this amazing office for all that you do and did to help me and my husband! if your considering it , I highly recommend you set up a consultation you won’t regret it . And in fact you’ll see why so many people choose this office. I will be back to expand our family once our son is about a year old :)
