Took both of my boys here for the first time and it went well. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming despite them being super busy due to spring break. I anticipated a long wait due to kids being out on spring break however the wait actually wasn’t too bad at all. Dr. Gaw was super friendly and personable as well. We will be sticking to this office.

Staff were nice and gentle with my autistic son and friendly with my daughter. Wait time was pretty normal. As first time patients there, I do recommend this office.

I am extremely concerned about the care my daughters received today. One daughter was being prepared for her procedure while her sibling was asked to sit and wait with me. This resulted in her witnessing her sister’s tooth extraction, becoming traumatized and crying, while all other patients and parents could see. Additionally, the chair and equipment were not sanitized before my other daughter was treated. This raises serious concerns about patient privacy, child safety, infection control, and ethical standards. Practices like this violate HIPAA privacy rules, CDC infection control standards, and basic pediatric care ethics. I urge you to review your procedures immediately to prevent this from happening again. Immediate Action is Needed!

My 3yr old was pretty nervous walking in, but the amazing staff comforted him and made the experience very fun. He even asked to brush his teeth as soon as we got home!
