Very expensive. The doctor seems nice at first but doesn't focus on important things. She discuss theoretical knowledge of the problem asking you questions what you know about it but doesn't focus on the treatment and possible complications. They don't care about your concerns after your treatment.

I have been going to Dr P for almost 15 years. She was the ONLY doctor to correctly diagnose and treat a rash that was driving me crazy. And 5 years ago, Dr P literally saved my life. She found a tiny spot during a routine examination that turned out to be melanoma. Since I had melanoma, I have to stay on top of it, so I see her every 6 months and honestly, she is the only doctor that I look forward to seeing. She is the absolute best and I highly recommend her!!!

Charged me $250 just to remove a wart. They called it a "procedure" which lasted 5 seconds just to put a drop of liquid on a finger. This price is insane. P.S. the treatment was bad and made the wart twice of the original size. Waste of money and complications after the treatment. Very upset with this doctor and office.

Each and every time I go to the office, I feel like a valued guest but also family. The staff are warm and welcoming and and try to accommodate my needs due to light sensitivity. Dr. P's nurse assistant always remembers why I was there the last time, goes over why I'm there this time and asks how I'm doing. He's a pleasure to talk to and is knowledgeable about what is going to be needed before Dr. P walks in. So, far, I have only gone for medical care as opposed to beauty regimes. I love Dr. P so much that I followed her from her previous practice to this one and have been with her ever since. She explains everything and makes sure that you understand everything before taking any steps if needed. I happen to be on a strict budget and she always remembers to take that into account and make a plan. If I ask for information on other products related to my condition, then she's happy to give me information on whatever will suit my skin. She has been known to tell me that I can buy a similar product over the counter since she is aware of my financial situation. She also tells me when they have their special sale months in the office and what products are good for me or which could be used as a treat. Have you ever heard of such a thing? To boot, she is professional, knowledgeable, fun and caring. Recently, Taylor Hicks, a Board Certified Physician Assistant joined the practice and I absolutely love her too. She really knows her stuff and is professional, friendly and caring. Oh, don't forget Thomas. He's the guy you see at check out. He's so fun that you almost forget that you have to pay him money. I have referred both my family and several friends to this office and every single one has been extremely happy with their visits. Go and see for yourself, you'll be glad you did.

I had my first visit with this establishment. The first contact on the phone to schedule an appointment was great. Warm and personable. When I arrived, the staff was very welcoming. Taylor has a great personality and you can tell that she enjoys her profession. I have found my dermatologist here in Houston.

This review is specific to their office manager and partially for the doctor. I went to an appt to review a previous basal cell that I had removed years ago. Because I was there the doctor and I started talking about preventive skin care etc. she end up making suggestions regarding Botox etc. my appointment was never set up for Botox application and I had no intention to do it in the near future. Well with no notice they decided to charge me for a procedure appt. So instead of paying $40 for my copay I end paying over $200. And I still bought some expensive products with them which I shouldn't. Later on I called their office manager to discuss the issue and I never been so insulted by a business before. He called me names over the phone, called me liar etc. Never seen a business which such lack of professionalism. I truly hope this person is no longer with the practice, and that the practice train better their staff because this can truly damage their reputation. Besides that, I hope that the doctor warns their patients that a different fee will be charged if they talk about different topics (that's been my experience with other respectable doctors).

Such a welcoming environment! I am so happy with my Botox & facial from the gorgeous Dr. P! Tiffany their aesthetician is phenomenal — I highly recommend her hydrofacial. I can’t recommend Houston Premier Dermatology enough!

Can’t say enough good things!! Have been seeing Taylor the PA for a bit now. She’s incredible and I always feel so taken care of. She’s super informative but also pays close attention to her patients and needs. Highly recommend this office and Taylor!
