Wait time was fast, the staff was very efficient, polite and professional. Dr. Koo listened and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great experience. I have never left a clinic or hospital with a happy and relaxed feeling, until today.

He was very kind and personable. He listened to my concerns about my health concerns and addressed them. Should my Primary not be available again, I would be happy to see Dr Koo again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Not helpful in any way during my visit with him. Seemed very disinterested in helping me with the problem and was very quick to push pharmaceuticals. Not an avid listener. I am in the healthcare profession and it’s very sad to see such poor bedside manner and to feel that you’re burdening someone who took an oath to have your best interest. Still on the hunt for a PCP and Dr. Koo will not be it!
