I needed a home health aide to help care for my mother while I work after she fell and fractured her back. Ms. Pat Rock was very helpful and assisted us in finding Ms. Perry. They were a Godsend. My mom was well taken care of by Ms. Perry and I am so grateful for their help.

Impact Home Care and Staffing provided exceptional care for my mother following her stroke. After the incident, she needed more support than what traditional home health services could offer, and that's when we turned to Impact. Their caregivers assisted with everything from medication management and bathing to fall prevention ensuring my mother’s safety and comfort at home. As much as our family wanted to be there constantly, there are limits to what loved ones can do. The caregivers stepped in with compassion and professionalism, offering not only practical help but meaningful companionship as well. When we couldn’t be there, it gave us peace of mind knowing she wasn’t alone. The team at Impact always made her feel cared for and uplifted, which meant the world to us. Their support truly made a difference during a difficult time.

Initially I was hesitant to hire a caregiver for my loved one and have them in my home when I’m not there but the services I’ve received from Impact has exceeded my expectations. Our caregiver is reliable, kind, patient and professional, absolutely no complaints. Our caregiver is now apart of our family. I wish I had found Impact sooner. Highly recommend.

This company, especially Pearl and Favour, have been lifesaver for me and my elderly mother. I had to be out of town working the month of July 2024. My mom is in an independent living facility but has developed balance issues and is frequently falling the couple months before I left, mostly due to advanced stage of arthritis. I was looking for someone to check on mom daily, mostly after dinner, to supervise her shower and some light housekeeping for mom. It was difficult to find someone willing to do such work. Pearl met with me and went thru training with me. Then she cane with Favour on mom’s first day and trained Favour. Mom was well cared for and I was not worried until Hurricane Beryl hit Sugar Land and Houston where mom’s facility is. Mom was out of power for four days. She fell in her apartment shortly after they were out of power. All communications were down, and I had no way to figure out if mom had adequate support as her facility staff were all overwhelmed. Once I communicated this, I was able to upgrade the number of hours for Favour, who kept mom company and helped her to feel better. Pearl visited mom too and brought mom lots of bottled water to make sure she was hydrated. When power was finally restored, the couple at the apartment above her forgot to turn off their stove, left on during power outage. Mom’s facility was on fire. But fire didn’t get to mom but the water from the sprinkler and compression system did. Mom’s apartment was water damaged and not livable for the next few months. Pearl and Favour were moms rock until I could get there myself to sort out mom’s affairs. It was a team effort through all the transitions. My mother is still thriving today because of this team. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend these ladies who did above and beyond for me and my mom! Thank you!! ❤️

Wonderful provider! They responded to our needs immediately when my mom got ill. Pearl made sure the right caregiver was selected and my mom loved her caregiver! So kind and compassionate and very reliable.
