My experience with independent has been great. I was hesitant to go with them because of some of the reviews but have been happy with my decision. The service and communication from the staff at IHHC has been great even with the new hardships of covid

Ok so upon signing up a month ago, I spoke with Ursula the owner and she asked my expectations and told me how they could meet them. But the provider could not attend like she was suppose to at times, and starting out was a bit rocky with communication. The provider would be late, call in 20min before shift, and with no replacement. They told me I could hire my own provider in which was a lie, then I was told I could but there was no hiring due to covid but yet when I switched to another company they took me without an issue. I found out I was being shorted on the hours I was to be receiving on my services. Also, the old provider asked to come back and she explained why she wanted to return, I reached out to mrs Ursula and she said no, but yet I e done nothing wrong towards them they were the ones wrong, but I only considered returning due to the provider needed help financially. But other than these few issues I guess there ok.
