Don’t waste you money. I did everything by the book. The diet they gave you on is so unhealthy due to its caloric value. I did all my sessions plus a few they gave me for free and I did not lose any inches. Scan. Stay away!!

This is such a scam. The way you lose weight is because the meal program they give you. I still have 15 visits left . When you enroll they are great after you're just a number. I even expressed my concerns and nothing. I wanted my money back before I even started and they said it was too late. How was it too late and I hadn't even started the program, I just paid!!

I signed up for the $1200 Houston Life TV special of 6 sessions & then extended an additional 3 sessions for $500.<br>Beginning measurements & weight were taken at the initial consultation. Ending measurements were taken at the conclusion of session #9.<br>When the Tech went to determine the "Inches Lost", the initial measurements had never been recorded on my chart. This lack of documentation makes it impossible to determine the total inches lost & if it met the companies guarantee of 3-11 inches in 2 weeks. (NOTE: The Tech during the 9 sessions was not the individual that took the initial measurements.) This information is critical in determining if I would have continued with additional sessions.<br>I contacted Innovated Laser via their website contact form explaining as detailed above but never received a reply.<br>Poor customer service after the sale..........

I showed up for my FIRST appointment today at 4:00pm in Pearland that was confirmed twice. No one was there, gate was closed, made several calls got voicemail. Hope they return my call tomorrow.

I am still going on my journey and I am so pleased with my results so far. The staff at the Woodway location is awesome, all very kind, love when they are happy for me for getting to where I want to be.

Laura is a good talker and says all the right things and makes you feel great on your first meeting. Then you go in and after that no help no more pep talks. I signed up for 15 sessions did everything I was supposed to and then was told I wasn't eating enough protein or drinking water. I lost 6 lbs and 4 total inches. No support no more Laura. Lot of money wasted and I had to ask for an exit interview but was told they don't do one. Miyera was good and pleasant. Lynn who is the "nutritionist " never got in touch with me after asking questions. So for me a waste of time and money. So if it sounds too good to be true......

Laura Alexis was so friendly and informative. I felt like she had my best interest in mind. She explained everything thoroughly and I was pure at ease right from the start.

Great information given so you are fully understanding the process. Friendly staff. Seeing results almost immediately. Highly recommend.

I experienced excellent services with Innovative Laser's of Houston. Everyone was professional and helpful from my first day until the end of my time. I was skeptical at first, but once I saw the pounds melt away instantly, I believed. Following the detailed explained process works. I continue to follow the instructions and maintain my lost weight today. It is important to show up for appointments and be diligent with the process, especially when on your own. I receive compliments everyday and this makes me feel great. I can't thank the entire team enough.
