Dr. Krotz and his staff truly treated us like family with care and attention and professionalism that I will miss transitioning to my OBGYN. The process was more than one year, but successful and we thought through the solutions together with full transparency around what to expect. We are forever grateful to all of you!

Every time I am here I end up waiting in the waiting room for an excessively long time. I also called the office and left a message about a genetic test and asked for a call back before they sent that off to the lab. No one ever called me back. Then, today I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment time (3:30pm) and it is now 3:55 and I am still waiting to be seen. The doctor spent no more than 5 minutes speaking to me. It felt very rushed and didn't make me feel like my ivf treatment would be important. My first time here I waited for 20 minutes for the financial consultant. Then when I got back there with her, she had a one page printout that only had 1 cycle cost on it. I asked about multiple cycles and she said she had to update the sheet. She then disappeared to do that for another 15 minutes. When she came back the sheet said 3 cycles on it but she explained it was for 2 and that she would need to update it to reflect that and I said ok can you just cross it out and initial it (because I didn't want her to disappear for 20 minutes again) and she said oh no the doctor will want everything to be right on the sheet. At that point, I had been at this office (which was just supposed to be a second opinion consult) for over 3 hours and didn't have any idea of what the treatment plan would even be if I were to become a patient here. If you have plenty of free time, then yes definitely come here because they know how to suck up your day. The second time I went back I again waited forever. When I finally got to see the doctor, it 100% seemed like he didn't even review my file or previous labs (I sent over previous results of other ivf cycles I went through from another facility) and felt like I was already being rushed out the door. He didn't ask any questions about the previous cycles. I didn't feel valued or important as a potential patient at all, never went back after that.

We came to Inovi after 2 miscarriages, we had been to another fertility clinic before but it didn't feel like the right fit. Coming here felt warm and like we were in the right hands. Dr. Krotz got right to it with scheduling all of the necessary tests and procedures and Hong has been such a God send. All of the ladies in the front desk are always welcoming and warm. I love that we could ask all of the questions and get straight answers. We are so happy we came here and that we are leaving with a baby on the way! We will forever be grateful.

Infertility is a hard journey to go through. Dr. Krotz and his team at Inovi fertility have made this journey a lot easier. The staff and Dr. Krotz were extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and always there when I needed them. They never gave up on us and thanks to this wonderful team I’m expecting my miracle baby girl. If it wasn't for Dr. Krotz we wouldn’t be here today celebrating and I just want to say thank you for everything yall have done!

We loved Dr. Krotz but his staff is TERRIBLE. They were consistently unclear about what the thousands of dollars we were paying were going. Imagine paying thousands-coming in for an appointment and find out you needed to pay another $500-900 THAT DAY because it wasn’t included in the cost breakdown. This happened consistently. I had allergic reactions to the medications in the middle of the implantation process and couldn’t get my “assigned nurse” or Dr. Krotz to return my calls. (This ruined the entire process and I had to start over.) We finally decided to switch facilities. There was a $500 transfer fee that DID NOT cover the actual transfer! When I called to question this the front desk staff said “So you just want to destroy your embryos?” WHAT?? I simply asked what the $500 went towards!! Terrible customer service and staff. Terrible communication. Just go to TX Children’s.

We initially consulted with Inovi about four years ago, but mistakenly decided to try another fertility center based on family recommendations, which unfortunately resulted in two failed transfers. However, Inovi reached out to us again to check on us, so long later out of the blue which is why we think they are God-sent! and our first round of IVF with them ultimately led to a perfect and healthy boy being born a few days ago we thank God for Dr. Krotz and his team and highly recommend them.

100/10 definitely recommend Dr. Krotz to literally everybody. He is so knowledgeable in the fertility world, and is very punctual in everything that he does. He is the only doctor that I could reach out at any hour and he would respond almost immediately. The treatment plan recommended for my husband and I worked rather quickly, and we just welcomed our first child into the world thanks to Dr. Krotz. He made all of our wildest dreams come true, even when we didn’t think it was possible.

My wife and I entered the clinic unsure of if we wanted to proceed with IUI or IVF. We came from another clinic who had treated us really poorly throughout our first IUI, and the process of transitioning to Dr. Krotz and his team was SEAMLESS. They were so easy to work with, Dr. Krotz was at every appointment, and we were blessed enough to get pregnant on our first IUI with him and his team! We are now expecting a beautiful baby girl. His team listened, answered our questions, didn’t sugar coat and give false hope, and just truly became like family to us. By the time we “graduated”, I wasn’t sure I trusted anyone else to see our baby and take care of us! Lol. This team is truly phenomenal and we’d recommend them to anyone in need. 🩷
