Interim HealthCare System personnel and home AIDS are outstanding to work with would recommend everyone to them
I love the wonderful care and communication they provided
I would recommend Interim HealthCare. It is one of the best I have ever had. Working with them has been super. I recommend them to anyone.
We have had just about the worst overall experience trying to get my mom help for her Alzheimer’s. One huge exception, and a major bright spot, has been Nicole and Erica from Interim. They have gone so far over the top to help, I can not say enough positive about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Rated 1 out of 5 stars Do not recommend When this was setup for my MIL, she made it very clear to Jana & Alexandria that she would not tolerate anyone that no-shows or doesn’t contact ahead of time to schedule a time. Both happened. One nurse didn’t show up or call/text. When she was contacted, she told my MIL that she assumed the other nurse had come in her place. We knew nothing about another nurse. MIL cancelled nursing services on Good Friday by text to Jana. Yesterday, April 21, the Physical Therapist, Frank, had scheduled the appointment the week prior but he did not show up, call, text or respond to texts. MIL cancelled ALL services by text to Jana. Jana didn’t really seem to care that this was happening. From previous experience with this type of service in another city, this must be the norm for the profession. Completely unacceptable. Date of experience: April 21, 2025
Interim Healthcare of Houston Southeast has provided caregiving staff for our family for over a year now. We have been very happy with their services. This includes not only the caregivers but the office staff themselves. I highly recommend them if you or a loved one are in need of care.
Interim has provided once-a-week care for my friend who lives at Morada Deer Park for some time now. They also are willing to check on him intermittently when the need arises. I have been unofficial caregiver for my friend since 2018 but moved out of the area while maintaining some of my responsibilities. The Interim staff is my lifeline to his well being, and I am grateful for their personal and professional care. They are a blessing.
Working with Savannah and her team is wonderful! They are all so knowledgeable and helpful!
Dawn and her team are absolutely amazing. They are all so caring, helpful, and trustworthy. Nubia helped me through so many difficult times while caring for my mom and was such a blessing to our whole family. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
