Was admitted from ER for challenging 2 wks. in hosp. w/follup- re sudden onset, mystery illness. Have multiple, serious, auto immune issues to complicate things. Dr. called in to consult & team w/other specialists. Did Bronchoscopy, procedure went easily. He saw me everyday in rm. where, before & after, he clearly, logically, patiently answered & explained all procedures, test results, etc...whatever was necessary or asked. I adore Dr. SCruz, he's a star on an A Team. I had the best!

Once you leave the hospital it is impossible to get in contact with this doctor. Even if emergent, you will not get a call back and they will not work you in to the office to be seen.

My son and I met with Dr. Santacruz to discuss bronchial thermoplasty for the both of us. He was personable, explained the process in great details and provided both pros and cons. I (we) were both pleased with our meeting. In addition, his nurse Myra and office staff were all polite, professional and receptive to questions. I (we) highly recommend him for your pulmonary care.
