List of Jeffrey Goldstein Md's Reviews
I visited Dr Goldstein many years ago I now live in Newfoundland Canada ! I wish we had a qualified and caring nephrologist in Newfoundland. I know his father well Dr Irving Goldstein he was my family doctor for many years I would say good knowledge and professionalism runs in the family. Some of the reviews on here are nasty. Living in Newfoundland Canada now it's hard to find a knowledgeable Doctor who deals in urology I just wish he would do online visits
This doctor very knowledgeable. My dad had swollen legs with ulcers for long time and family doctor just offered to send a nurse to help with it, same as his cardiologist. But Jeffery checked his medications, cancelled 2 add another 1 and in 2 weeks my dad legs was like new. I prefer doctors that think instead of one that nice but not helping. Doctor is not your babysitter, if you dont know that you have to bring a list of medication to appointment it is not a doctors fault .
my blood pressure got low. I got scared. So i called his office, and he called back that day to adjust my medical pills. I have never seen a more responsive and caring doctor
My wife was dying Everyone thought it was diabetes. He found it was a vaculitis..organized a biopsy and got her better . He saved our lives
I have never met such a rude doctor in my 18 years of life in Canada. Doesn’t know how to talk to Seniors. No one asked us to bring a list of medicines for our visit and he starts asking the names of medicines from an 80 year old patient who has hearing issues. Do you take this, do you take that, it would have been nice to see a list. I found him very disrespectful. Any questions you ask , his answer is I don’t know
“I am not a replacement of your family doctor. I am not a Neurologist. I can’t answer your questions” when we asked him a reason for a condition that he just increased the dosage for. Is that how doctors talk? You are prescribing a medication for swelling and if we asked a reason for swelling- the answer is I don’t know!! Most of the doctors will say “ most likely due to this or that condition, but this doctor is so rude. No seniors should be referred to him. He was not sympathetic or kind. When I said we were not told to bring a list of medication, he said “very interesting phrase that I normally get to hear”. Let the patient know to bring a list. Not everyone remembers the name of medicines they are taking, specially seniors!!
I have been a patient of Dr,. Goldstein for 5 years. From my point of view he is a brilliant Doctor who has been enormously helpful to me.
Very knowledgeable and is very personable. Great doctor
Office staff Tracy is very helpful and considerate. Aside from this, nothing worth a single star rating. If there was negative stars, I would give out minus-5 stars to this so-called doctor. Complete waste of patients time. This garbage simply lives in his little own world without knowing the very basics of communicating with people. Inability to understand the concept of time management, incapable to listen to patients' question/ feedback, as well as giving out attitude that his LUNCH is way more important than anything, this is a complete disgrace of any doctor graduated from the UofT med school. This is just a naïve kid but not even close to become a Ontario qualified medical service provider. Absolutely say NO to your family doctor if you are being referred to see this punk for your kidneys because he is characterized by a lack of sophistication.
My mom got daily dialysis for a week, got better and now is back to health. Thank you Marham hospital, Dr Goldstien, Dr lekas and icu whole team

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
