Dr. Bao is seriously great. She listens, never rushes me, always answers all of my questions and overall just makes me feel like she wants the best for me. I also love her staff, Ms. Lisa is so kind and always helpful.

She's a good doctor. I don't feel like I should have been asked did I have a mask, when masks are option. She had a mask shield and blue gloves.

Dr. Bao is very thorough, insightful, and compassionate towards her patients (myself and my two kids included) I have always felt heard and seen and all my concerns were taken very seriously. Dr. Bao is without a doubt the best doctor I’ve ever visited!

Very horrible... I described an infection symptoms and my history of it but she kept repeating it's a virus...so she won't prescribe correct medications. I was also trying to proactive incase I need the medication but she refused and said 'I am not going to argue with you'. Later, Tturned out she just gave me half medicine over the counter... such a bs
