Amazing clinic, the nurses are very helpful and they have a great costumers service.

When my surgery was finished and I woke up, the staff started harassing me about getting a ride home quickly. They told me I was not allowed to take Uber/Lyft which is paid by my health insurance and was arranged prior to surgery. I had to cancel Lyft and call my son in Kingwood to pick me up. It was going to take an hour for him to drive from Kingwood to the surgery center. They close at 6pm so when it started getting close to 6pm, they said they would call an ambulance to pick me up and admit me to a hospital. I told them I would not allow that. They kept threatening to call an ambulance because “they had families and needed to leave.” I told them my son was probably 5 minutes more away. Then the guy says, “Look, if you’ll sign a document releasing us from liability, we’ll let you take Uber!” At this point, I could have decked the guy. Please save yourself from a nasty experience and stay away from this facility.

I recently had a procedure at this facility and am very pleased! Urologist--(Dr. A. Hoang) provided state of the art care with excellent results, and is very focused on patient comfort. He discussed the surgical care plan before the procedure, so I knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a urologist with good bedside manner, compassion and good results. Receptionist--(Linda)--was there at 05:30 with her hot cup of coffee ready to check us in when we arrived and was helpful with insurance and billing questions. Preop RN (Nadia)--helped me get ready for the procedure, answered all my questions, made me feel relaxed and effortlessly placed my IV in seconds on the first try. Operating Room--(Donna, Chris & Maria)--really helped me relax when I was wheeled into the OR and getting ready for the procedure. It was much appreciated at that stressful time. Anesthesia---(Dr. Abraham)--did a detailed history and discussed the type of anesthesia he would be using, and in the OR had me nice and comfortable before I went under. Recovery RN (Sadé)---I was comfortable after the procedure and don't remember much about recovery, but after taking care of me, Sadé made certain I left with all my paperwork and and all my belongings. I Highly Recommend this surgical facility.

Worst Customer Service ever. The Physicians may be competent, but their staffs are not. Just Fired them based on poor customer service, getting hung-up on and not keeping patient informed!
