I love the Incompetence and irresponsibility of the staff and the name behind this doctor he should not be practicing medicine in Houston or any other state And please everyone be careful when they promise a 1 to 2 day return on a covid test I have been waiting for a week now and they will not answer a phone call or return my calls.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!! He’s a terrible doctor and is only worried about collecting office visit cost even before seeing the patient!! Always reschedules and is never punctual

I would recommend Dr Montes to anyone. He is a kind and well mannered person. He listens to your concerns as a patient and does his best to help you BUT THE STAFF THAT IS NOW TAKING CARE OF THE APPOINTMENTS AND OFFICE IS RUDE AND TREATS PATIENTS VERY BAD. Poor manners! Until TODAY I was his patient and not his fault but the “nurses” that run the place like its their personal room. I will miss him! ??????

Was a patient for many years of his father. When he died I transferred to jr. Extremely long wait times, hold time on phone seldom under 10 minutes, refill requests have taken up to 3 weeks, staff does not pay proper respect to any of the patients. I no longer go to him.

A very bad man avoid him. My wife couldn't make an appointment because she passed away the good doctor issued a bill for her not making an appointment then proceeded to put it my credit report. Stay away from this place. This happened quite some time ago it has taken me a long time to write this review of him after my wife died.

He doesn't pay his bills either. Very disorganized very incredulous when spoken to about things and has a horrible bedside manner with any person that comes into contact with him.

Prescription refill requested in aug, it is now nov and prescription requested has not been faxed to rightsource rx. Daughter went in person to take fax sheet111111 and still not done yet.
