The only reason I can bend my arm again is thanks to Dr. Nolla!

In 2016, I was diagnosed with Carpel Tunnel in my right wrist by a previous doctor however, due to my age, the doctor was hesitant to operate on me. In April, I started experiencing serious pain in my wrist again and had a 15-minute video chat with Dr. Nolla. He refused to acknowledge my previous diagnosis and essentially told me I was "too young" to even have it in the first place. "I have operated on thousands of individuals and only one of them was your age." he said and proceeded to tell me it was a boxers fracture when I had not done anything that would give me one, and he did not even see my hand or ask me questions about it. The whole 15 minute conversation was a scam. He did not prescribe me anything for my pain, did not suggest coming in for an appointment, nothing. Then I received a call that it would be over $500 in totals. My mom called them and they said they would drop the charges and here I am, 20 years old getting calls from debt collections. This is a joke.

My recent appointment with Jose Nolla was very distasteful. He did not give any interest to what I was feeling or experiencing. Long story short, if your issue does not require a surgery or operation, Jose Nolla could care less. In my experience he was out the door in less than 3 minutes without giving really any details about my issue. I wasn't even sure if the appointment had concluded. I was left in the Drs Office until the nurse brought the next patient and was puzzled to why I was still sitting in the room. --------------------------------------------- Jose Nolla argued with my pain. My Question - "I've never experienced severe cramps in my lower arm before, why do you think this is?" His Response- "I've never had this many patients enter my office with a radial head fractures, but here we are". He not only dismissed my concerning question, but he mocked my medical issue. Had I known this doctor was not going to take my health seriously, I would have scheduled with another.

Excellent and precise, Dr. Nolla did carpal tunnel and trigger thumb surgery on me, explaining everything and answering my questions. Excellent outcome. Thank you.

My son went to Dr. Nolla for surgery at Dr. Nolla office, the surgery went well Dr. NOLLA is amazing doctor, my son was in very minimum pain. Dr. Nolla corrected and issue another doctor did, my son was having problems with his wrist, Dr. Nolla fixed it, hopefully he will be back to playing football & basketball in no time. Thx!!! Dr. Nolla performed surgery on my right wrist almost a year ago. I sustained a right wrist fracture and required titanium T-plate with 9 screws. No further checkup is required but I decided to write a one year post surgery review. Dr. Nolla has great bedside manner, excellent professional skill and genuine caring compassion. He worked with me so I could attend a Houston Rodeo concert the evening of my surgery. Attending a Houston Rodeo concert with my daughter is a long cherished family tradition. He thoroughly explained the potential risks of being in a crowd so soon after surgery and the criteria to be considered. He helped me to make the decision after my surgery. Once I decided to go to the concert, he educated me and helped me learn how best to protect my wrist and the warning signs to watch for. His trust in my judgement was deeply appreciated. Kudos to Dr. Nolla for considering my total wellbeing.

Because he listened to me, carefully reviewed past test results, and answered my questions. I felt he was an excellent doctor and am confident he will find an answer for a very complex case.

He listened to the problem I had and presented options for a medical plan that all considered my job and lifestyle. I appreciated the time he gave me.

Dr. Nolla is very good at explaining your issues and options along with recommendations in a clear and concise manner. He also explains the possible next course of action if the current treatment plan does not succeed 100%.
