Kathleen Gallagher's Online Review Report Card

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gallagher for PRIT performed in conjunction with functional septoplasty and nasal valve reconstruction with Dr. Krista Olson. She and her staff were very considerate when listening to my concerns and questions. Everyone was very helpful. The surgery went really well and I was back to full functionality a bit faster than expected. I wish I had done the surgery a long time ago. I could not recommend Dr. Gallagher more highly.

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery from Dr. Gallagher last summer. She was fantastic from the start of the process to the end. She was caring, kind, and easy to talk to and it was very easy to trust her on this important "quality of life" change. She was a true joy to work with! Highest recommendation!

We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Gallagher. She is incredibly patient, explains what she's doing and why/how she's doing it and in language anyone can understand, has amazing bedside manner, is very thorough. My father, who is pretty hesitant to see any physician, actually requests her to see her for his ENT needs.

Dr. Gallagher is a great doctor. Very friendly and professional. Only problem I have with my visits is the wait time. They are never on time and if you're late for your appointment, they will treat you as a walk in.

Great bedside manner. Very thorough and patient! Answered all of our questions. Explained what she was doing, why and how. Gives written and verbal instructions in easy to understand language. Definitely cares about her patients and how they are doing! Can't say enough good things about her!

Excellent experience with Dr. Gallagher. We were seen quickly. Great bedside manner, explained what she was doing and how/why, answered many questions patiently, gave easy to understand post-procedure instructions written and verbally.

I had a wonderful experience with dr. Gallagher and her staff. She is delightful and gave me the best outcome compared with the other doctors I visited. I do want to mention that one doctor said that I would have a permanent hole between my mouth and sinus . And that I would have to wear a retainer to plug the hole. Crazy I thought! Anyways.,dr Gallagher did a wonderful job with my surgery. And It was exactly what I had hoped. She removed a benign tumor the size of a small lemon behind my nasal cavity. She even mentioned that part of the tumor was pretty close to my eye and she was afraid if she didn't remove most of it it could affect my future vision. Anywho, I'm greatful for having picked an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring doctor.Thanks for everything., kevin

Update: Increased my review stars. Dr. Gallagher was lovely when I finally got in. She took her time in removing stitches, and she made sure I was as comfortable in my recovery as possible before I left the office. She was polite and patient with my questions. Most importantly she acknowledged the wait time without prompt & apologised.----I had an appointment w Dr. Gallagher at 9:30am today. It is now 10:55am and they haven't bothered to explain to me why I've been waiting an hour and a half. I've checked in with reception twice and they keep telling me it won't be long. This is incredibly disrespectful to me and unprofessional. If I was not here to have stitches removed I would have walked out already.
