List of Le Lux Beautique's Reviews
🚨 DONT BUY THE GROUPON! MED SPA FROM HELL! 🚨 This place left me injured and then threatened to sue me just for posting an honest review. I innocently purchased a $40 Groupon a couple of months ago. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t treated like a patient but like a walking wallet. They bombard you with nonstop sales pitches, pushing treatment after treatment. On top of the Groupon, you’re forced to pay almost $200 just to see a medical professional — because the people you first meet aren’t qualified, they’re just salespeople wearing scrubs. The clinic itself is unsettling. It feels more like a locked compound or prison than a med spa. The staff have zero compassion and no professionalism — nothing you’d expect from actual medical staff. They look overdone and fake, lacking any sense of natural beauty or taste, and the entire environment made me deeply uncomfortable. After my appointment, I was left with severe bruises and irritation around my eyes. When I called to explain what happened, instead of helping me, they blamed me — saying it was because I had pets in my house and because I didn’t buy enough of their overpriced skincare. At this point, I had already spent over $600 on services and more than $200 on skincare products. To make things worse, the very first thing they do when you check in is take your ID and credit card. They don’t let you leave until you agree to buy more subscriptions and overpriced products. When I tried to speak up, they threatened to send me to collections. Then, after I posted a review, they threatened to sue me. I even took my review down at first because they wouldn’t stop harassing me, but now they’re threatening me again — even though they had previously confirmed in writing that they would leave me alone. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! This has been nothing but trauma, financial loss, and stress for me. I truly wouldn’t wish this nightmare on my worst enemy.
I had such a great experience at Le Lux Beautique! I came in for a facial with microdermabrasion and a brightening treatment for hyperpigmentation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply cleansed, and glowing afterward. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain each step of the process and recommend the right products for my skin type. I also purchased some skincare products, which have been amazing gentle but effective, and I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin’s texture and brightness. The atmosphere at the spa is elegant and calming, making the whole visit feel like a luxury experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality treatments and real results!
Loved the facial!! I also did the PRP and saw a noticeable difference in skin texture and glow! The ladies made me feel so cared and they are super attentive!
I gifted my friend a dermabrasion facial at this medspa for her birthday, and unfortunately it turned into a terrible experience. They refused to let her leave without booking another appointment, and when she tried to cancel later, they kept her on the schedule without calling to confirm, only to charge her $100 for a “no-show.” Their approach seems to be offering low prices just to get people in the door, then pushing nonstop upsells instead of actually delivering a relaxing service. The “40-minute facial” is spent selling to you the whole time, followed by being taken to a room for another two hours of aggressive pressure sales. I understand businesses need to make money, but truly skilled salespeople don’t need to trap clients or pressure them — especially when the experience was meant to be a special birthday gift. I feel terrible that what was supposed to be relaxing and thoughtful ended up being such a disappointment.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I strongly do not recommend this business — it’s a scam. They mark up prices and then pressure you non-stop to buy products or services. They practically force you to book an appointment, and when you try to cancel because the experience was awful, they still charge you $100 — even after saying they would confirm 48 hours in advance. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in Houston. If I don’t receive a full refund, I will make sure everyone I know leaves a review to warn others about how bad this place is. People deserve to know the truth.
Loved my microneedling facial! I love how tight my face feels after.
I love this place! I have had lip fillers, prp treatments, laser hair removal, and laser melasma treatments. Each time I go back I see a major difference in my complexion and overall appearance of my skin. Highly recommend.
I am so happy with my service.
I came here for my first facial ever, and I had an amazing experience at Le Lux! The staff is so knowledgeable and professional, the facilities are immaculate! Savi did my facial and she was a wealth of knowledge and so sweet. She had my skin glowing like never before! Would definitely recommend!
I absolutely love this place! They have everything here, I have had Endolift, botox, prp+fill & prf…Gracey is just a natural at what she does. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
