What an amazing Doctor and Team at the Weight Loss Center. Dr Mathur has went above and beyond to support me on my journey. This is not a business, this is her vocation. I went from at my highest of 235lbs to 134lbs, controlled, sensibly, with advice and support for my total health, not just a weight loss journey but everything that comes with it. Never judged, always supported. Wegovy didn't work for me but that was okay, Dr Mathur listened, adjusted, advised and always supported. I feel like I'm visiting family when I go in for my checks. I was a lost soul, given up and felt there was no way for me-I just found my person, my team. What more can I say.

I had a terrible reaction to Zepbound with high blood pressure and uncontrollable chills. I called Lori, my provider, and was totally dismissed because she said my symptoms were not typical and thought I was just sick. I ended up in the ER because my blood pressure was sky high. Now that the medication has worn off my blood pressure is back to normal and I was never sick or had a temperature. Even though I called the office to tell them I had been in the ER. Neither Dr. Mathur nor Lori ever followed up despite my ask that they call me. I am very disappointed at the lack of care and follow through of this clinic when my health was at risk. Very unprofessional and dangerous since they do not have your back when things go wrong and many of these medications can have sever side effects.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I was started on Zepbound. I had very severe reaction the day after the injection. My blood pressure rose sky high and I couldn't control my body temperature. I called the clinic and was told these were not common side effects and was dismissed. I called to tell them I had been in the ER and nobody followed up with me. This clinic and doctor clearly do not care about its patients and their well being. With that level of neglect, I could have just bought zepbound on-line for much cheaper and skipped the doctor's fees.

Staff is really nice but be clear about what you want. Like any business, this is still a business, and in this regard, they are not as understanding. I wish they had taken a different approach with me, but it is what is. They can keep my money.

Dr. Mathur and team have been phenomenal!! I was really hesitant to start any kind of intervention that was not “organic” but Dr. Mathur took the time to explain the medication it’s benefits how it worked, and it wasn’t just sell sell sell. I actually understood what I was taking, why and how it worked. Since my first visit I’ve lost 50 lbs, definitely worth it!!

I did not lose weight after several months of being on medication and trying their food intake guidelines. Dr Rupal will only see you one time. It was a hassle to constantly come in to measure blood pressure and get updated consults. I felt terrible on the medication. Went to see an actual licensed nutritionist and the weight came off much faster with no drugs.

Such a great experience with the doctor! She took her time to sit and speak to us and address our concerns, and she made sure that we felt super confident and comfortable with every decision!

Plus, the HOUSTON ROCKETS hand picked her as a nutrition consultant for the nba basketball players! She is a wealth of knowledge.<br><br>She has been very supportive of my health and weight loss journey. I’ve always preferred a natural way for weight loss. She’s been there every step of the way. She is down to earth, understanding, kind and all around brilliant doctor. I’m grateful for her support, knowledge and support.
