This place is horrible they trick you and mislead you with fees. Went there expecting to only pay my insrunace copay just like any other psychaitry office yet they mention they have to do a quick drug test before heading into the consult, however they make it seem that this test is done by them and covered by them since its their procedure. It was NEVER mentioned that this drug test would be billed to my insurance. And keep in mind i did this test swab in the waiting area so I wasnt even in the consultation. I have never been to an providers office where they drug test you in the wating room and then bill it to your insurnace even before the first consult. Go anywhere but here to avoid a bunch random stuff they bill to your insurance. I am actively appleaing this to my insurance.

I contacted them for an issue I was having, was told there wasn't anyone available for months and then a few weeks later I was told the Psychiatrist I was supposed to see was no longer with the company and that I was to speak with another, so I accepted that and when my appointment came, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing my doctor and she could care less about me. I am lucky I wasn't coming to them for depression or that could of sent me over the edge. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes and was told billing would contact me about getting me set up for testing. It has been well over a month since my appointment. I have yet to hear from Lifestance about my setting up testing even though I signed off on it. This was my first experience with trying to get a handle on my mental health which was hard for me and be treated like that is simply awful especially without even being followed up with as I was told I would be.
I have a 2 year old toddler that I need to get evaluated for ASD. My pediatrician referred me to Lifestance. I got a call from Karina a behavioral care coordinator. She booked my appointment with a doctor that “specializes in Autism” she said. I get to my appointment, they take my copayment and make me fill out paperwork. Then they proceed to tell me that the doctor that I was scheduled with does not see 2 year old? Why was I not told from the beginning. I spoke to someone on the phone and they say they don’t see toddlers that young AT ALL. I had to take off of work for this appointment, my son does not do well in new environments, this is very irresponsible of them. They need to train the schedule coordinators better to pay attention to detail, this could have been prevented had they told me from the beginning that my son was too young for their facilities. They charge $150 for No show appointment, I wonder if they would pay me for showing up and them not seeing me. I do not recommend this place.
They do not answer the phone. You're on hold for at least 30 minutes before speaking to anyone. Incredibly frustrating. The doctor & therapist I'm seeing are great, but the company itself needs to address this communication issue. It's beyond annoying & it's been an issue for years.
I’ve been using LifeStance for about 6 months and have zero complaints. I feel seen, heard, and feel as if I’m being treated appropriately. I feel informed and respected throughout my treatment.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I requested a telehealth appointment which was $280 by the way since they dont take my insurance, and i tried to cancel SEVERAL DAYS AHEAD. THE MAN I SPOKE TO LET ME KNOW I COULD EASILY CANCEL AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO ALLOW ME TO DO SO! THEY HAD NO ISSUE TAKING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO CHARGE ME THOUGH! NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD AND ORDER A NEW ONE SO THEY WONT CHARGE ME. DO NOT, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES.

Would not recommend to anyone ,do not go here ,unprofessional and do not care about patients only money ,had a family member who saw tracy ,she does not return calls about medications she prescribed ! When its an emergency she will answer then immediately hang up. Literally ridiculous you should be ashamed honestly
Wanted a specific kind of provider, didn't get to speak with one at all. Was told I needed to reschedule. Finding the place was difficult enough. It just isn't worth the stress when you are already stressed out.
