UPDATE: OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO COPY OF MEDICAL RECORDS AND NO CALL BACK FROM MANAGEMENT AFTER LEAVING 2 MESSAGES.I have been trying to get medical records for over 3 weeks without success. We have completed the process necessary for this, driven up there to have gotten the wrong records, and then told they would be mailed to us. Later to find no requests for mailing our records had been submitted. After requesting this to be escalated, employees refused to let me speak to a supervisor for a speedy resolution. This is COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable for any medical facility.

I’ve been treated at this clinic for over a year and my life has dramatically improved. I had low testosterone and undiagnosed sleep apnea and was a walking zombie. Once I started injections and they diagnosed and treated my sleep apnea I feel 20 years younger. This place was a lifesaver for me. I highly recommend this place as a wellness center for men. Thank you LowT

My husband is a patient there and has been for over a year. I, as a wife, love ❤️ this place. Mr. Tim, Ashley, Kayla, and the other ladies are like family to us. The facility is very professional, personal, and it just has a great atmosphere. I am so happy that my husband found this place! Low T Center has been a life changer for my husband and my family because he's a happier and energetic person now! Thanks so much you guys!
