List of Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital's Reviews
Er experience was an absolute nightmare!!! I heard a family member beating on a patient and nurse and doctors turned a blind eye. Was put in a dirty room with someone else's urine in a bottle and blood viles on counter. EXPECT to be treated horrible! They have no compassion and to see a actual doctor with experience is nonexistent. Residents who are just learning get offended when asked for a second opinion. They don't isolate covid patient's so expect to be exposed. So many patient's walked out because of the deplorable environment and the disregard of patients needs. Maybe less than a handful of Er nurses actually care about the patient's and listen to their needs. Can hear nurses talk poorly of patient's and even say ignore them. Outpatient clinic is great but the ER is somewhere I will avoid in the future if I want to be treated like an actual human being.
Terrible worst hospital I’ve ever seen there was a young kid bleeding to death until he passed out the nurse came to get him very patiently letting him bleed he was on his knees and they kept wiping cleaning the blood from underneath him but they weren’t worried about him somebody needs to check this hospital absolutely sick to see that
I have read many bad experiences in this hospital. My experience was totally different. I had my son here 3 years ago and it was wonderful the assistance the nurses were always attentive to me. The doctors helped me a lot and everyone was very kind. My son was in intensive care and they took very good care of him.A specialized nurse was attentive to my postpartum and breastfeeding.I can say it was a blessing.
I'm not going to this hospital no more because I end up having ezcema and the staff are really rude when come they take covd test I told them have the cough because be eating cold ice and the lady front was rude saying that I have covd and they need stop assuming things.
Excelente
Absolute worst hospital I've ever been to and I'm from a very small town in Pennsylvania so that is saying a lot. Went in due to having severe neck and shoulder/arm pain. I had gone to Med Express first and when they took my BP it was very high so they wanted me to go get an EKG. When I arrived at LBJ they did my initial check in and took my BP and pulse. They then had me sit in the waiting room for over 2 hours (in the middle of a pandemic) to then call me up to the desk and say they cannot do anything for me so I left.I am now receiving 2 separate bills - 1 from Harris Health Systems in the amount of $72.65 and one from UT Health Physicians for $226 which they say is the bill for the doctor. The doctor I NEVER SAW OR SPOKE TO. They did absolutely nothing for me - no exam, no tests, NOTHING . Yet they are billing me almost $300.Place is a SCAM!!!
Worst place security did not let me leave the place peacefully. Rude patients.

Took my mom there for an appointment. Strict Covid procedures in place which is great.
Very tough place to be at the ER alot of things going on and no one can control it

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
