Dr. Schusterman was a very polite man. He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable around him. I went in for a Plastic Surgery consultation and it went very well, he exceeded in informing me. His nurse seemed to be uninformed. I asked her a question about my insurance paying for my surgery, and she said that what I want is not covered by their practice. When I asked the Doctor, after her, the Doctor came back with a different reply. She also wrote down the wrong parts of my body that I wanted to have looked at when I made the appointment, this was confronted when in the patient room.

Dr.Schusterman is the absolute best doctor!!! His bedside manner is beyond what I could’ve expected, he listens and actually explains anything and everything I questioned. I was a little worried about getting my procedure but after the first consultation, I was excited to get it done knowing him and Meridith would be with me during the whole time and even a month out, they have held my hand through recovery. I definitely recommend using him. 10/10 Thank you Dr. Schusterman and Meridith!!!!

I went for a Consultation with Dr. Mark Schusterman for a Tummy Tuck and he provided a lot of great information. Staff is great and after having my surgery Janet has called me and asked how I was feeling and was very caring during my recovery. I would recommend Dr. Schusterman if your looking to have a Tummy Tuck.

Dr. Schusterman performed my breast reconstruction surgery about 5 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was patient, compassionate and most importantly, competent. I did a lot of research and even sought referrals from other plastic surgeons before I ultimately chose him as my surgeon. My case wasn't easy and I knew I needed an expert. Dr Schusterman is very well known for his skills regarding breast reconstruction. He is, in fact, the best of the best. Without going into personal detail, he did an incredible job of making everything look natural for me. He is not the cheapest plastic surgeon in Houston but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. There are other top tier plastic surgeons in Houston (who aren't as well regarded) who charge significantly more. So I think for the quality of service, his prices are competitive. His office was able to work with my insurance to minimize my out of pocket expenses. He also never charged me even once for follow up visits (of which there were many). He was always willing to see me when I needed him and he was always available for any questions I had ongoing. I would definitely go back if I have a need for further plastic surgery in the future.

Dr. Schusterman performed my boob job a few years ago and he did a fabulous job! They look amazing and people still comment on them! Highly recommend him! He's super friendly along with his wonderful staff.
