Where do I even start? Kristy, Dr. Andrew, and staff make compassion a top priority, and it is clear in the way they treat their patients. I’ve never had dermatologic medical staff advocate for me so extensively. After living my entire live with crippling, treatment resistant atopic dermatitis, Dr. Andrew helped me attain the only medication that has ever successfully healed my skin. The practitioners at Mainland Allergy continue to tirelessly work to ensure that I have access to my medication despite multiple changes in my insurance plan. If you are considering making an appointment here, do it! It is the best decision you will ever make. With Dr. Andrew on your team, the distant dream of long-term relief from severe, painful allergies can actually become a reality! I don't frequently write reviews, but Mainland Allergy Clinic really deserves it. <3

I've been seeing this allergist for several years now and can I just say that doing this whole thing has been life changing. Before getting tested and seeing the allergist I struggled hard with all of my outdoor activities, it was to the point to where I had to choose either quit triathlon training or seek out professional help. Since seeing Dr. Andrews and Kristy my whole life has changed drastically for the better. I am now able to do all sorts of outdoor activities like running, biking, and open water swimming. Yes it took the help of weekly vaccinations but it is completely worth it. The hours at the office are really weird so make sure to call ahead for an appointment, they may be closed if you just drop by. Front desk, Vanessa, what a gem she is. I thought I was going to miss Nicki Minaj before she made it big and quit the allergist gig but Vanessa is a 100x better. Looking to get treated for allergies? This office is perfect for anyone in the Houston Metro area.

I love, love, love this clinic!!! My PCP was not able and/or, was refusing to dispense the medications that I need for my everyday life (aka breathing the air outside that most people take for granted.) I went to see them and not only was I treated like a person with a REAL problem, I had my medications ready to be picked up as soon as I left their clinic and got to my pharmacy. They did the prior authorization immediately, something my PCP would not do after months of asking. This clinic offers real care and compassion. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. Side note: If Dr Andrew is not available, do not be afraid to be seen or treated by her PA Kristy. She is awesome and can provide you with whatever care you are seeking. These guys are THE BEST for allergy sufferers

Dr. Andrew is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients, much better than all the other allergists in town.

Dr.Andrew & her staff is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, caring & really go above & beyond to help their patients. Dr. Andrew has been a Godsend to me. She truly cares about her patients & she is always available for questions. I am extremely grateful that Dr. Andrew is my immunologist. I finally feel like I'm in good, capable hands to treat my immune deficiency.
