I went in for a routine eye exam. The appointment was for 9 am and I did not leave until noon. The majority of the time I sat waiting for the Dr. They over dilated my eyes and told me that I could wear sunglasses on my way home. I was practically blinded by the sunlight and when I got home I had to close all of my blinds for the entire day. This was several years ago and since then I have been receiving phone calls from the Mann Eye Institute as well as from the Dr. who treated me. I finally had to block their numbers because they are relentless. I would not recommend them at all.

Amazing. I love it. Parking garage elevator takes you right to the front desk. Easy check in. All the coffee you want. If everyone was as organized as these people life would be so relaxing.

If I could give them no star, I would!! A very lousy patient care. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and checked in. The waiting area was almost empty. I waited for 65 minutes, and meanwhile, about 20 other patients arrived. Every single one was called in within a few minutes. But I wasn't. I went to the front desk and asked. They said they'll send a message to the staff to come and get me in. 15 minutes later (80 minutes total), I told the front desk to cancel my appointment and left.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of every one that I came in contact with at Mann Eye. I am very pleased to have Dr.Jhaver for my doctor. She is thorough and has a very nice bedside manner and she explains everything to you about what is happening with your eyes.
