He easily explained to me what was happening and made recommendations that made sense. I am very happy with my decision and greatly hope that my problem get resolved soon. My first visit I did for my mom. Very kind, polite and friendly stuff all around. Very effective, my wait time was short. Dr. Vital is such a kind and soft spoken doctor. He took the time to explain my mom’s case and answered all our questions. We are happy.

Dr. Mark Vital is an excellent ophthalmologist. My exam was very thorough and I although I had a lot of questions for him, I never felt rushed. He patiently answered every question I had and explained my options. I am so glad I found him and recommend him without reservation.

I saw Dr. Vital today for the first time. I was very impressed with him as he explained to me the options I could take in the care of my eyes. The staff was very nice and helpful - I believe the young woman that tested my eyes was Shirley - she was very friendly and put me at ease right away.

This is the second time I have seen Dr Vital. The first was about 18 months ago to remove the cataract in one of my eyes and this time to do the same for the other eye. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Vital patiently answered my questions and I have strong confidence in a good result just like I have had with the first eye. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I saw Dr. Vital for a second opinion regarding the need for cataract surgery. He presented himself to be very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, presented me with multiple options, and allowed me to determine what my next step would be. He was professional, honest, direct and had a comforting demeanor. I left feeling as if I had enough solid information to help me decide the course I would take. I was so pleased that my husband will be making an appointment to see Dr. Vital as well.
